Money Held Hostage In Real Time
No matter what I try, uninstall, reinstall, website, clear cookies, settings, etc. Not only am I unable to log in but I’m unable to even so much as LOAD the log in screen, the app is infinitely buffering, and the page to log in on the website leads to a dead link???? It was never like this before but this has been my life for almost a month now of being unable to access my funds digitally.

Favorite bank
This bank is the best bank I’ve ever banked with and I’ve been with him for a long time. I love Credit Union 10 thumbs up on it.
Very good
I liked this app
Stop with AI
Whatever this new AI situation you have going on with categorizing and renaming transactions needs to go. Month in and month out I am constantly reverting things back to the original name (payroll company name for example) because the AI constantly changes it to the wrong thing. I absolutely hate it, it’s inefficient, and annoying. If you’re going to push the feature out, at least give the option to turn it off so I don’t have to keep doing this. Or fix it so I only have to update it one time.

Add direct deposit form
It would be nice if Travis offered the option to download direct deposit authorization forms direct from the app like other credit unions and banks do. Just a thought for future update. Thanks!
Convenient but freezes too much
The app while convenient is slow. I often have to close and reopen it just to be able to do anything or look at my money. Other banking apps are not this slow and glitchy.
Terrific
Walk in the park!
Easy to use app
Simple and meets pretty much all your online banking needs.
SOLID
Very trustworthy
This has got to be the worst app for a credit union ever
The app/company is poorly designed with uneasy access to information and its extremely difficult to contact customer service. Multiple times it has happened where a payment was made and a confirmation number was received only to find out that it did not actually go through and I was never notified. Resulting in it appearing as a late payment. Thankfully I had screenshots of all of my confirmations. But that has happened too many times for a credit union to constantly have poor service like that.

Log in trouble
I am no longer able to log in by my computer only by phone. It is extremely frustrating.
Banking with Travis Credit Union
To whom it may concern,
I been with Travis Credit Union for over 15 years. This bank is hands down is the BEST in customer satisfaction. They always provide a warm sincere welcome every time I walk into the bank at the Vallejo branch with a smile. Even on the phone, the customer service is excellent. It’s a great feeling to be part of a bank which has employees who take pride in providing the best experience for members. Thank you Travis Credit Union for all the years of service you have provided, as a member of Travis Credit Union I have to say that I made the right decision when choosing Travis Credit Union as my Bank.
Sincerely,
John M

Loyal customer
I’ve been with Travis credit union for many years now and have always had good experiences. Even when something has gone wrong or needed attention, they were understanding and quick to a solution. Even now that I’m out of state, I still keep my account active because they’re that good.

Been with TCU for over 25+ yrs. Very happy with this institution and their mobile app has been easy to navigate and secure. That’s important in today’s world specially for seniors 👌🥰
