Very economic prices
I booked my flight to London via phone. The process was very easy peasy. I just had to dial a number and tadaa it’s done ! It’s is extremely convenient for a novice and an experienced traveler as well.

Unprofessional and Stressful
A simple air ticket booking that takes 15 minutes to 60 minutes maximum is taking eternity for them to book after the payment’s has been made on their link . Its been more than 6-7 hrs and still i dont have the confirmed ticket with me but i have a lot of excuses to listen to from them , customer care people keep telling you to wait the agents keep assigning new people to you but no resolution at all . Travel date is just 4 days later and they have your money with them but no tickets . If you want Unnecessary stress and wanna waste your time and money can book through them

Worst system to confirm your ticket purchase, worst customer service and refuses to refund tickets. Use anything else I implore you. Save your sanity, energy, time and money. Not worth the “savings”. Don’t expect a live agent either by phone, chat or email except during random times. Expect to wait for a response for at least an hour. And if you make an offer hand remark about how long you have been waiting expect to be placed directly back on hold. “Savings” are taken from you through your sanity, time, and energy.

I got my thailand booking done. In the beginning one if the staff member did not treat me well then i raised a complaint. After that my agent was agent and Dua gave me good vacation package. My trip was smooth and fun.

( Updated) - Initially I had issue but resolved by support team
Booked a ticket with them, had an issue because some ignorant lady from the support team informed me that and she didn’t know how to speak to the customer
However when I requested to talk to her manager, then immediately the issue was resolved
