Would give 0 ⭐️ if I could

Worst system to confirm your ticket purchase, worst customer service and refuses to refund tickets. Use anything else I implore you. Save your sanity, energy, time and money. Not worth the “savings”. Don’t expect a live agent either by phone, chat or email except during random times. Expect to wait for a response for at least an hour. And if you make an offer hand remark about how long you have been waiting expect to be placed directly back on hold. “Savings” are taken from you through your sanity, time, and energy.
