This is so genius & kind . I love that it helps real shelter dogs. What I really love is the morning adoption updates. I feel glad for all the dogs adopted. Especially , when it’s yours and particularly if you have had the dog for a few weeks. I have actually cheered out loud. I like the new care missions too. Great job!

im a teenager who cant afford much if anything and i saw this and got happy thinking i could help dogs, knowing i had to pay a subscription just to do so really hurt my heart, the dogs deserve this for free? they shouldn’t need a subscription just to get treated. it was super saddening having to read that the dog i was playing as is missing out on food, this is cruel i feel.

Was a good game the new update is trash Now I have no way to earn treats for the dogs with shields without rolls… way to limit… debating wether it’s worth keeping this game now that it’ll be a year in between treats for them now.. Kind of defeats the purpose… anyways it was a good game

It’s a great app in all but I can’t be on it every excruciating second of the day. There are days I’m busy and I finally open the app and realized the dog I claimed has been taken away. Can’t imagine how people felt when they SPENT REAL LIFE MONEY on this game and manage to miss 1 DAY. Their dog is gone. it has happened to my mother and she was absolutely heartbroken.

Enjoyable to play but so glitchy even after updates
I play this game all the time because I know it is doing good. I am helping shelter dogs, which is very important to me. The game is cute - cute animations and graphics, colorful, playful. I do LIKE playing it. However, I give it a 3 star rating because of the CONSTANT glitches that don’t seem to improve with updates or patches. For example, the number of rolls I have doesn’t stay consistent from moment to moment, even when I’m not using them. Every action in the game seems to cause a subsequent glitch in something else. The value in the health bars on individual pets is consistently inconsistent, and consistently wrong. One moment it will say I have 100% health, then I will use a roll and it will have dropped my health bar rather than increased it. Sometimes I’m told about a dog being adopted that I was already told about the day before. Sometimes the app tells me about the same delivery multiple times. What is consistent is that there are small issues with the app every single time I use it. Nevertheless, the issues are small enough I just kinda shrug my shoulders and keep playing, slightly confused but accepting the flaws. It’s fun to play and it makes an impact on the lives of shelter dogs.
