The worst
Worst company. The order in had put in 4 weeks ago still has no update. I’m not sure if I’ll receive anything from them. I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company

Not very happy
I started ordering from Trendia before Covid and it was a very fast turn around time, however can’t say it about my last 2 orders though the fulfillment time is 10-15 days and knowing it’s international give them a few days extra ….however day 10 of order placed still the status shows unfulfilled …is extremely unnerving …though the quality is good the sizing is off, if you order Sarees the fall is not stitched ….if we can’t return it at least do the fall ….these provisions are difficult to come across Internationally …..sizing not standerdised across brands even if you check size chart for the bran you order they run small ….it’s difficult and frustrating to expectantly wait for your order and then be hit with a sizing problem or a no fall on Saree problem

Shipping takes forever
Even though the collections are decent, the shipping takes forever to come. My shipment hasn’t arrived and it has been more than a month. Worst shipping times

I emailed them about availability no response.
After 3 days they sent an email saying confirmation but no other information, I emailed again no response. I cancelled the order. They took 6 percent of my total charge
They didn’t even despatch or shipped anything., still they charged me for nothing.

If the order is cancelled before the delivery timeline, we deduct 6% from the total refund amount. Extremely disappointed with the quality and return policy.
It was my worst experience to waste my money on this app. I am highly disappointed with the quality of the cloth and the worst return policy. Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY on this app. I am sure you will uninstall this after your first or second order. If you order, please go throgh their return policy first.

Order was never delivered
Have terrible experience with Trendia. I hate to give them even a single star.. They have never delivered my order. And when i reached the customer support, they always have a standard answer.. that it takes couple of days for them to ship. They are not giving any ETA on when they can ship. Don’t lose your money folks spending on this fraud company. 12-15 day standard delivery policy is a JOKE. Trendia is FRAUD.

Worst service , app doesn’t work well. Shipping took like a month (no update on email/app).
The App experience is horrible
None of the filters or search criteria work in the App. Total waste of time trying to search for anything.

Their delivery commitment is of 12 -15 days when you place the order. But they are never able to fulfill delivery timelines. Once order is placed you have no way of cancelling the order even if they dont deliver on time or not deliver at all . Once you pay the price your money is lost and no guarantee on when the product will be delivered. When or if you receive the product they won’t accept returns as well .
