Love this app. Would be better if a there is a sound notifying you when 30 seconds is up (wearing earphone).
Great potential
There’s a lot of things that are convenient in this app I highly recommend purchasing it. One thing I’d recommend is to change the name to just trene when the app gains more popularity. And to update the interface so it doesn’t look like I’m in settings
Great basics and can totally get better.
Clean and simple, truly helps get you on a roll with quick workouts that are achievable. One wish: have the system block the workout you did the days before so that you don’t get it recommended as a repeat workout for like... the next week or so?
