About
[Who Trero is for]
- Lifters who want to check what they lifted last time before the next set
- People who want a faster gym workflow than paper notes or generic memo apps
- Users working toward exercise goals such as a 100 kg bench press
- Anyone repeating a fixed routine and wanting to restart the same exercises quickly
- People who want strength progress and body metrics in one app
- Users who stay more consistent with friend features and reactions
[What you can do in Trero]
- Log faster during training
When you pick an exercise, Trero shows your previous log so you can judge the next set with the last weight and reps in view. If you want to repeat the same set, you can reuse previous values with one tap.
- Restart familiar exercises quickly
Trero shows your top 5 most-used exercises from the last 7 days, which makes fixed routines easier to begin again.
- Set exercise-specific goals
You can set target weight, target reps, increase and decrease steps, and a deadline for each exercise. Progress rate and next-step suggestions help you see how close you are to the goal.
- Review history and analytics
Check workout history by week, month, 3 months, or all time. Review max weight, total volume, and estimated 1RM by exercise.
- Track body metrics
Record weight, body fat, muscle percentage, waist, and notes. BMI, lean body mass, and fat mass are calculated automatically.
- Widgets and Live Activity
Home screen widgets show this week's volume and sets per muscle group. During a workout, Live Activity and the Dynamic Island show your rest timer and current set, so you can move to the next set without opening the app. Apple Watch Smart Stack is supported too.
- Use Apple Health and Apple Watch
Weight and body fat can be written to Apple Health when saved. Import is available manually from the body-record screen. Apple Watch can log sets and reflect them on iPhone history.
- Stay consistent with notifications and social features
Trero supports rest timer notifications, missed-log reminders, and weekly summary notifications. Friends can be added by Trero ID search or QR code, and you can react to workouts.
[Examples]
- A user aiming for a 100 kg bench press can set a bench goal and adjust each workout while checking the last log and next suggestion.
- A user repeating 5 fixed exercises can start from frequent exercises, reuse previous values, and save with fewer taps.
- A user tracking weight and body fat can review workout history and body charts in the same app.
[Free / Pro]
You can start for free. The free plan includes limits on history range, active goals, and custom exercises. Pro unlocks full history, CSV export, the plate calculator, and estimated 1RM rank.
Workout Templates — Save your favorite routines as templates and load them with one tap at the start of any session. Log rest seconds and extra weight (e.g. dip belt) per set.
