Needs a update BAD
The app and website or poorly designed for mobile use. The app restricts me to a “Limited Access Mode” and cannot see anything but pay your bill and see your insurance card, that you can’t add to Apple wallet
First Time Account Setup
App is bs after going through the process of getting it. It throw an error and even going to through the website it also gave me an error. I say that how they run there app and website it how they sound sketchy
Digital auto insurance card should have an add to Apple Wallet feature for all of their customers.
I wish Trexis Insurance company should add add to Apple wallet feature to their platform to be more moderate in 2025 it’s 2025. Why this auto insurance company don’t do to add to Apple Wallet features for all their customer that using all Apple iPhone models. The digital in app auto insurance card won’t show all of the information. That you have the screen twice. And this is my only auto insurance company that I can only afford because of my multiple auto accident and traffic citation. I want this auto insurance company to add ad to Apple wallet feature in the app platform. For all of their customer that using all Apple iPhone models users. That would be very nice if Trexis insurance do this for their customer.

Bad service for a claim
Terrible service to resolve a claim, and they just ask you for things and things and don't resolve anything.

DON’T PURCHASE, they had me sign documents that weren’t even the same as what i was told, then i also asked for a refund and they keep hanging up the phone !

I DO NOT recommend this insurance company. They are just what you pay for cheap. I had a one vehicle accident and told them I DID NOT ACCEPT the offer given by them and they sent a check to my lien holder and told gap insurance that I over $3000 prior damage, which is a dented bumper that was like that when I got the truck. If a bumper is that expensive it best be gold.

I’ve been trying to log in and pay my insurance all week and it won’t let me log in. Then I try to reset my password it tells me to enter in my policy number, then it tells me that my policy number is invalid . I call the automated system and they say my policy number is invalid which I know it’s not . The app needs to be fixed asap because this is just ridiculous. I even tried to go to the website and now the system is under maintenance 😒

Works
The app is great if you’re rating it on basic payment needs. The app definitely needs to be debugged and updated. Like adding more features options. Such as the ability to change your profile info as name or address. How frequent you can make a payment or if you want to do split payments early.
Awful
This app is basic and antiquated. There’s no way to download policy documents or even print them. When you try to view your policy it automatically switches to landscape mode and there’s no way to view it in portrait mode.

Yo pagué por mi carro $8000 , gracias a Dios que el seguro de la persona que me chocó me pagó lo que valía el carro .Tener a trexis de seguro es lo mismo que no tenerlo y hasta peor. Estafadores!

Stay as far away from this Insurance company as you possibly can!!!! I have never had an insurance company change my rate every month. My down payment was $341 and $210 a month. I paid the $210 and then the next month is was $342 and I paid that. Now, it’s $381. They are thieves and will steal from their policy holders as much as they can so they can keep investing in their company. I have never experienced that before and you won’t either if you stay clear of Trexis!

Should’ve listened to the warnings
Trexis is terrible. This company took my money without activating my policy. They claimed they never received my electronic signatures, so I submitted them a second time. Immediately I was threatened to have my paperless program removed. I have also received two letters stating that my policy was being canceled even after my signatures were submitted again. I even set up auto payment and I’m receiving alerts that I am past due on my second payment? their automated payment system hangs up on me when I’m trying to make my payment. Even the app will not take my credit card info. dealing with this company is like dealing with dinosaurs. please choose a different insurance option! I will be contacting my bank to have all payments reversed. Waste of time, they won’t even accept my money.
