Stone Age
This is the least user friendly banking app I’ve ever used. It’s from the Stone Age. There is almost no benefit to using this bank at all. It’s extremely annoying to transfer money between accounts because it requires a telephone call each time. Also the transfers between accounts are not instant so the money that was available in one tri counties account becomes unavailable in the other tri counties account. No logical reason for that. It’s a horrible “service”

Tri Counties five star app
This app is secure and functional. I am prone to local financing and local funding and prefer to spend my money locally. I feel that this bank cares and listens to its customers due to that hometown feeling. I highly recommend this bank to anybody in the state of CA. I have been more than pleased with this institution and this app to conduct my hugely important financial transactions.

For the most part, I am satisfied with Tri Counties Mobile Banking. ‘Bill Pay’ needs work. I have to navigate back to the 3rd Party Bill pay a few times during each session of paying bills. Otherwise, I would give it a “5”.

I like the app because it gives me access to my bank account at all times. I can check my balance and know where I am at all the time. I can also make deposits with checks or transfer money.
