I like your app I get to use it … More and more and it gets easier and easier as time goes by….Love the face recognition feature…. Passwords are easy to forget . But face stays the same (kinda😞) except xtra wrinkles and bags under eyes😝😢

Never up to date on transactions nor are they in order. Never know which date they were actually deducted from account.

Been with Tri-co since the merger with Norbank. Several banking options on the app are now gone. Some of which should have been kept during this last total upgrade. It’s not procedural it’s the attitude of your help desk. I don’t need to hear ‘I don’t know’ or I’ve never heard of that’. Your help desk personnel should know your app thoroughly.
This is an addition to the previous review. I tried to change a payment I had made earlier today. There isn’t an option to modify a payment. So I clicked cancel thinking I would just start over and again the cancel option does not work. ??
