It worth the money
I bought this about a year ago an now the app won’t work, but the vacuum still runs on the time schedule I programmed it to, but can’t sign in the app it’s saying my information is not registered, but it was when I programmed the vacuum when I first installed it . Please fix this!!!! I can’t sign in to stop the vacuum from running!!!!

App is awful
I literally can’t use my vac because I can’t connect to the app. Purchased Ollie about a year ago. App was always wonky but I could still access it and use the vac. As of about 3 weeks ago, I can no longer access the app and therefore can’t run the vac. Good luck finding a service contact, it’s only accessible through the app… which I can’t access. I now have a worthless disc just sitting at its charging station.

App problems
I live my vacuum, but the app keeps crashing. It’s very frustrating because I have it set to vacuum certain days of the week. One day I noticed my vacuum was deleted. Very frustrating. Another day I noticed I was logged out. Not sure as to why, but I cannot log back in because it says internet failure. My internet is fine as everything in my house that runs on internet is fine. So what am I suppose to do?

the application is not good
The app is very bad, it was working well for me and the model disappeared and now I can't activate it from there I try to restart and try to install again and it always says error, they should improve
Voiceover accessibility completely broken and latest version
The use of direct touch that has been implemented in the latest version of the app completely breaks the apps accessibility and use ability for voiceover users. voiceover users are no longer able to access any of the controls in the app.
