It worth the money
I bought this about a year ago an now the app won’t work, but the vacuum still runs on the time schedule I programmed it to, but can’t sign in the app it’s saying my information is not registered, but it was when I programmed the vacuum when I first installed it . Please fix this!!!! I can’t sign in to stop the vacuum from running!!!!

App is awful
I literally can’t use my vac because I can’t connect to the app. Purchased Ollie about a year ago. App was always wonky but I could still access it and use the vac. As of about 3 weeks ago, I can no longer access the app and therefore can’t run the vac. Good luck finding a service contact, it’s only accessible through the app… which I can’t access. I now have a worthless disc just sitting at its charging station.

App problems
I live my vacuum, but the app keeps crashing. It’s very frustrating because I have it set to vacuum certain days of the week. One day I noticed my vacuum was deleted. Very frustrating. Another day I noticed I was logged out. Not sure as to why, but I cannot log back in because it says internet failure. My internet is fine as everything in my house that runs on internet is fine. So what am I suppose to do?

the application is not good
The app is very bad, it was working well for me and the model disappeared and now I can't activate it from there I try to restart and try to install again and it always says error, they should improve
Voiceover accessibility completely broken and latest version
The use of direct touch that has been implemented in the latest version of the app completely breaks the apps accessibility and use ability for voiceover users. voiceover users are no longer able to access any of the controls in the app.
Serious voiceover issue
Hello, I am totally blind, and I use a utility on my iPhone called voiceover, it is a screen, reader, overlay that makes the phone accessible, this app used to work very good with it, with the exception of some buttons that were unlabeled, now, it’s wanting to use this direct touch thing which my phone does not support, and that is really interfering with the voice over screen reader, I cannot get access to this app at all when this is going on, the only exception is when I touch a part of the screen and takes it out of that mode, but I can’t really do anything else with this app when it is in this mode, which covers most of the screen, I would appreciate if the developers would start finding a way to test this app out with voiceover every time they update it, because this is the second time this has happened, and this time it’s worse than it was the time before.

App is Full of bugs!
This app is full of bugs! Now even the map isn't showing since few week ago!
Not good
I have had the Lucy for over a year and have had nothing but problems. The vac works but the app does not. The only thing I can do is turn the unit on with the app but nothing else. The camera does not work, it will not show a map, and it will not show how much power it has or doesn’t have, just 0% everywhere. I tried contacting support but never get a response. I guess it’s just a bad product.

The app is trash
The vacuum has worked just fine up until this past week. The app isn’t connecting properly and won’t send any commands to the vacuum. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times in different attempts to fix this. After a reinstall I can tell the vacuum to go clean but part way through the map disappears and I can’t send any commands. I can’t even tell it to stop and go back to the station. Once the vacuum announces that it’s done cleaning it proceeds to bump around my house completely lost while trying to find its way back to the charging station.

Bad useless app
The vacuum works fine but this app is useless, so many bugs and doesn’t work most of the time. It doesn’t load the map, the new update doesn’t show my previously defined areas. my map always disappears and shows some random map. Video doesn’t load at all. Please fix this app :/
Faulty software update
Was working perfectly fine when i first bought it and was pretty easy to set up. Suddenly there was a software update and the app and vaccum are no longer in sync. The vaccum will go offline suddenly and won’t be accessible on the app. Have tried to factory reset and start over but then the set up takes longer because the vaccum cannot connect to the Wi-Fi when the Wi-Fi is working perfectly fine. Maybe if they fix this issue the rating will be higher but for now it’s not meeting expectations.

I’ve been trying to connect this unit to my WiFi for over an hour. I’m very tech savvy with high speed internet. Complete waste of an app
Bad updates
Robot used to work fine but after updates the video mode won’t work. The video was the whole reason we got this model as mobile home surveillance.
Stupid update
It was great until the update now every single time it makes a turn it makes the sound it would make at full blast we used to be able to run it at night with the baby sleeping so we could have a nice clean floor in the morning but now it’s so loud it even freaks out our dogs it’s just stupid at this point.

Not able to connect wifi because my wifi name have 5G in it
This app not let me connect to my wifi because my wifi name 5G in it although it have both 5G and 2.4Ghz connection.
This product is straightforward to use
I can watch the vacuum cleaner clean step by step while drawing the floor plan of our home bit by bit. I have always wanted to get a floor plan of our home, which can also accurately calculate the area of the house.
My favorite feature is regular cleaning, which allows my vacuum cleaner to be cleaned at home during my working hours.

Love the easy WiFi set up and frequent software updates.
Customized cleaning
I like how the app lets me customize the cleaning of my house. After a cleaning, it saves a map and color codes the different rooms. This made it easier to figure out which rooms it has cleaned.
I also use the real time video feature to check-in on my apartment when I’m away.

Great app and Lucy is amazing
I love the motion detection option on the app. It really helps me to stay safe when I am away. And the schedule cleaning is also great too! Who doesn’t love coming home to a clean floor, especially if you have long hair!
