Unwatchable Stream Ruined Our Watch Party”
I purchased the fight last night to host a watch party at my house, and it was a complete disaster. I had a house full of people, and the stream was constantly freezing, buffering, and completely unwatchable. It seemed like too many people were streaming at once, and the platform couldn’t handle it.
We ended up missing the entire event and had to resort to watching clips on social media on our phones—which completely defeats the purpose of paying for it. I even tried contacting support during the event, but nothing worked, and the stream wouldn’t even run properly on my phone.
This was a total waste of money and a huge disappointment, especially with guests over expecting to watch the fight. I will not be purchasing from this app again. If you’re thinking about buying a live event from this platform, I’d seriously reconsider.

I’m not sure if y’all didn’t expect the numbers of viewers to be so high but y’all gotta do better the service keeps pausing. If I’m paying my money for something I expect that service to be perfect. This was a major fail.

I purchased the fight via website. When I try to access the fight through the email notification, it tells me the link is invalid or expired. And when I go to the App itself is asking me to purchase again. Now I have to deal with a headache with contact in my bank. SMH

Absolutely awful
I paid for a fight I wanted to watch, the app keeps crushing I was not able to watch the main fights. Do NOT purchase anything from this app.
Poor Stream Quality & No Refund — Very Disappointing
Really disappointing experience with this app. The stream quality was consistently poor and nowhere near what I expected. According to their system, it shows the event was watched continuously—but that’s not accurate.
Because of the issues, I ended up having to buy the AEW PPV again on Amazon just to actually watch it properly. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund despite the poor service.
Overall, not a great experience in terms of both service and streaming quality. I won’t be using this platform again or spending money on it, and would rather purchase through Amazon or other platforms in the future.

I primarily use this to watch AEW.
Usually, the audio is out of sync, but that might be AEW's fault, so I won't penalize them for that.
However, the app itself has 2 major flaws.
Half the time it won't continue from where you left off. Every other streaming app I have can do that reliably, but not thrill. -1 star.
somehow, it overrides the Apple TV screensaver, even if the video is paused, or if you’re not even streaming a video but just have the app open, the screensaver won’t come on. -1 star.
also, they blocked me on Twitter. -1 star. 👎
