Great app, recently used for a holiday and found it really helpful to have everything in one place. Required a bit of manual work to add details that weren’t pick up automatically, but well worth the effort to save trawling through emails when away. I used the basic fee free version

TripIt has been an indispensable tool for managing my frequent domestic and international itineraries. Having flights, hotel bookings, and ground arrangements auto-consolidated into a single, clean master timeline makes navigating multi-leg trips effortless.
To make this a true 5-star app, a few key areas could use improvement:
Notification Latency: Real-time flight status, gate change, and delay alerts occasionally lag behind direct airline app notifications during tight connection windows. Faster syncing is critical.
Enhanced Preference & Loyalty Details: Expanded support for displaying granular booking details directly in the main itinerary view—such as specific seat assignments, cabin classes, and hotel room preferences—would reduce the need to check primary booking emails.
Offline Sync Reliability: Offline access to full itinerary details and maps upon landing in international destinations without immediate cellular connectivity can sometimes be patchy.
Overall, it remains a reliable, top-tier travel organizer that easily earns 4 stars, and with minor feature enhancements, it would be perfect.

Broken again
It’s very frustrating using this app. They constantly break access to my past trips. I worked with Support for literally nine months to get them to fix it so that I could see my past trips in the app. And now after three months, they broke it again, and I can only see trips from this year only. Very frustrating. I had the pro version for a short period of time, but I refused to pay for a subscription to an application that is always broken
