I will keep updating this post:))

(7.2026) Been a longtime user since I known this app from word of mouth in 2013… Keep it up and bring regular updates on timetables :))

False info

I searched up my bus this morning and it said it was 15 minutes early which was completely off its actual 3 minute latency. Fix your app

Trip Saving

just add a trip saving feature to this application. why I have to choose my destination everytime I open the app

Ads

There are too many ads and I can’t get the normal paid trip view for my kid, as it is too expensive for a normal bus route viewing app.

Regional northern train from Wauchope to sydney 32

Train was suppose to arrive in central at 8.10. Then told 9.30pm. Now revised by passenger on board expect time of arrival is 10.25pm. Unable to get this information on their sites

It needs to save your times

To hard

This is to hard for solder people to use Make it straight forward and maybe get an older person to help make the app and trike it

Navigating through the streets

Excellent work

User friendly

Easy to read train app

I used to enjoy using this app because it was fast and reliable. However, the recent advertisements have become very frustrating. Many commuters use this app in a hurry to check train times, platform changes, or service availability. When an advertisement suddenly appears, it interrupts the experience and wastes valuable time, especially when trying to catch a train.

I understand that ads help support the app, but please consider making them less intrusive. For example, avoid showing full-screen ads when users are quickly checking train schedules, or offer an affordable ad-free version. The app is excellent, but the current advertising experience makes it much less convenient to use.

Pathetic Slow and useless interface

Pathetic Slow and useless interface

Easy

Common sense Sydney travel app for all modes of transport.

Very efficient

Since I moved to Australia I have been using this tripview lite for all transport services. I am very thankful to the people who helped to make this app.

Terrible

It’s very annoying that you have to pay to get a better version when it should be free!!!

Ghost Buses

Ghost buses are those buses that appear as arriving on the app at your stop, then display that bus is here now, yet never arrive. You just hope the next bus actually arrives. Katie

Annoying and Frustrating

I understand that it is a free app so there will be ads but the Inability to save trips and timetables is very frustrating

Timetable

I’m trying to catch a bus from my local shops and the app isn’t loading properly and it doesn’t show me where the bus is
