I used to enjoy using this app because it was fast and reliable. However, the recent advertisements have become very frustrating. Many commuters use this app in a hurry to check train times, platform changes, or service availability. When an advertisement suddenly appears, it interrupts the experience and wastes valuable time, especially when trying to catch a train.
I understand that ads help support the app, but please consider making them less intrusive. For example, avoid showing full-screen ads when users are quickly checking train schedules, or offer an affordable ad-free version. The app is excellent, but the current advertising experience makes it much less convenient to use.

Since I moved to Australia I have been using this tripview lite for all transport services. I am very thankful to the people who helped to make this app.

Ghost Buses
Ghost buses are those buses that appear as arriving on the app at your stop, then display that bus is here now, yet never arrive. You just hope the next bus actually arrives. Katie

Annoying and Frustrating
I understand that it is a free app so there will be ads but the Inability to save trips and timetables is very frustrating

I’m trying to catch a bus from my local shops and the app isn’t loading properly and it doesn’t show me where the bus is
Doesn’t save
The app is like a good concept and the aim in good but the execution isn’t the best. When you have a regular bus route it doesn’t save and it only stay for like 5 minutes so that’s annoying when you want to know when your bus is coming regularly. But the only other con is the adds as soon as you open the app but overall has been pretty useful.

It gives prompt timings on light trains and it’s accurate timings on arrivals and departures
Literal scams in the ads
This app is allowing ads that are clearly scams during the ad pauses. Think “your phone is severely affected by 70 virus’s, click here to fix” type stuff. Elderly and more vulnerable people are at risk of being scammed out of money just from planning a trip. Shameful.
Disappointing App very frustrating
This app is cumbersome to use, ride needs to be requested each time you are wondering in status of transport - so multiple times while you are waiting.

It saved me from being late to work today because of the train cancellation but it doesn’t save your trips so if you go off of it you’ll have to type it out again
Nice App
Nice app. It helped me to get to school on time, and I always consider that a win. A feature that could be better is the timing of when the bus / train arrives, because the app says that it arrived while it’s still picking up passengers from the previous stop.
