Reservation retrieval
In order to see your hotel booking, you have to go on your receipt and click on booking with your booking number and email in order to see it. Why can’t they just send the actual booking confirm confirmed into your email?
Sign in problems
I’m using another app and Trivago takes it over and will not allow me to continue until I sign into their app?!? 🤬 So, I have to make a Trivago account and I don’t see why I have to share my email with them, so I check No. Well, if No is not an option, then why offer it?? Trivago won’t let me continue and it doesn’t give me the link to allow them to have my email. So, I’m screwed. Can’t sign in, can’t go to the next page, can’t see anything but a notice telling me there’s a problem that I can’t fix.
