Hotel says not booked
I got a reservation for London Wonderlust Inn in Ocean Shores, Washington from August 30 to September 2. I thought it all went through. We were told that we could cancel within three days before our booking date. We tried to cancel it. Wunderlist says we’re not even booked there so if the money’s been taken out of my account, I want immediately put back into my account and why is there no way to contact you over a phone? My name is Rob. I will be sending out information regarding the booking and the failure to do so also, the failure not to have any place on your site where you can cancel a reservation if I missed it somewhere in the multitude of pages and pages of stuff you have I’m sorry, but you could point that out maybe a little easier by putting in cancel reservations I would like an immediate call at 2:06 778 6984 making sure this reservation has been canceled. If I do not hear from you I will have to assume that you canceled it. Very poor customer service extremely poor customer service.

Hotel in Malta tried Trivago as Jurgen suggested and I saved over £100 on the price for my hotel in Malta. Told others who are going to the same Conference in in the same hotel.

I received a summary of costs for a hotel in Vegas. It had all but the hotel room price p/night in the total.? Also I got charged $10. Is that the price Trivago charges per booking? Non refundable.
Uncooperative
Do not use this app. I will never use it again! You cannot talk to a live person and they are not interested in assisting you with any issues that may occur with your reservation. This is one of those cases where a supposed good deal is not a good deal at all! Customer service is nonexistent! I only need to change my date by a night to the following day for a memorial service.

Pop up that you can’t dismiss asking you to make an account is unnecessary. I do not need to make an account with an app that just sends me to another place to actually make a reservation. You’re just a launchpad, why do you need me to be a member?

This site will take your money and you will pay hell to get it back apparently through trivago they tell me no I must've used a different site so basically paid the hotel room twice and nobody's willing to help a refund it so thanks

I pick dates you changed them might not been able for that night but push me down a way to get booked quickly cos I’d lose it I should have checked but still you should only give me info for the dates I asked now 300 down and still got nothing for next week so

False Advertisement
Commercials say should have checked Trivago and save over $100 per room. I've tried x2 and Trivago has been $100+ more per room.

This idiot site keeps asking me for surveys while I am trying to make a purchase and a reservation. Give me a break with the surveys idiots. I cannot even buy the product without getting hit up for a survey before I even buy the product?

Cancellation policy SCAM
The hotel will allow us to cancel 24hours in advance with a full refund. However when I go to cancel on trivago they will not refund the cancellation at all. So the hotel will be notified of the cancellation and reimburse but trivago keeps all the money??? Biggest scam out there. The trip was also going to be rebooked using trivago as we were cancelling due to the weather. Would have been a returning customer as the booking process was easy. Do not use.

Customer service is non existant
Worthless company! I do not use booking agencies as it’s impossible to make changes. This company stole the reservation from the IHG website. If they have to revert to stealing they are at the bottom of the swamp! There sire has never saved me any money anyways. Its usually cheaper to book direct anyways
