PIN is last 6 of the serial number

It would be nice if it explained the PIN was part of the serial number instead of expecting something on the screen. It would also be nice if it didn’t copy results over repeatedly so it looks like you checked repeatedly in the same minute. Additionally, back-dating any time change would be nice so if the meter was wrong when you get it it doesn’t look like your pre meal read comes before your post meal.

Customer support has been wonderful

I was initially quite irritated in that I couldn’t pair the meter to my iOS devices. I emailed the company a good 2-3 weeks ago & they called me within a couple of days from USA (I’m in UK). I had unfortunately missed the call & as I didn’t know who it was except it was international, wasn’t prepared to ring back. They continued in trying to get hold of me (have trouble hearing the iphone ring) & today with their help, managed to pair the meter! 🔟/🔟 for persistence 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Functional but lacking

The app works fine. Logs readings, has symbols to add to indicate before or after meals or medication. I like that it syncs with my blood sugar testing device and does so easily for me (although I do have to let it turn off after a test then turn it on again to trigger the sync.)

What I do not like is that the app doesn’t sync its data with anything. Not Apple Health (a glaring issue), or any health tracking apps.

Doesn’t Pair

Tried for 2 days to pair meter to IPhone. Will not work. Worthless.

Does not integrate with Apple Health

What a big disappointment!!!

I recently had to replace my Glucometer and saw this - with Bluetooth connectivity to my iPhone. Well, apparently it doesn’t connect to the latest iPhone. It’s clunky and not as intuitive as my previous meter. It doesn’t have a backlight for the screen making it difficult to read in low light. They say “you get what you paid for.” I guess that’s right, since I got it for free…

Won’t pair with iPhone 14

I have tried so many thing and it still won’t pair with my iPhone 14. The microwave connected to my phone easily.
Delete app, reinstall, powered down phone, made sure on the true metrix air the “ble” was flashing ON. And check the Bluetooth devices and nothing doesn’t even appear. This app really needs help in connecting to the phone and its device.
Doctor, recommend it. I called the doctor back and told him not recommend it. Simple, yes if you track your glucose on paper, digitally defiantly forget.
Won’t have bought it.
Not recommended, if you plan to have a digital log

iPhone not supported

Disappointed to fine that my IPhone 15 PRO MAX does not work with the app / device, however, the IPhone 15 PRO does. Basically the same phone other than size and my phone is not supported.

Will not pair

I’ve tried MULTIPLE times to pair this app with my True Metrix Air meter, despite that the meter shows up in my “connected” list in my phone settings, it just keeps coming up “no meter found “

Best app ever

Great for people that have diabetes

Bluetooth connectivity sucks

Congratulations on writing horrible instructions to pair this blood tester with a smart device. Not only were the instructions in the app incomplete, but the instructions in the actual instruction manual with the blood tester were wrong. Good job, QC

Apple Health connection Needed

Would be really nice if this app could sync with Apple Health.

iPhone 13

Unable to pair with my iPhone (iPhone 13) running version 26.3. Unfortunately, since I opened it, I can’t get a refund. I truly wished I had checked the reviews before buying the glucose meter much less wasting space with this app.

Since the app doesn’t actually work, I can’t give a rating. The review system doesn’t allow for this, so I gave it 1 star.

Dumb

Does not sync to Apple Health. I much prefer my old OneTouch meter which did sync, but insurance stopped covering the supplies. Also, pairing the meter was not simple. I paired once, but the app shows three identical meters under paired devices.

Can’t connect to my iPhone

The meter won’t display a code to connect no matter how many times or different ways I try. I don’t think it’s even formatted to display a connect code

No Apple Health support

As MANY others before me have said, the app does not sync glucose data to Apple Health, making the app essentially worthless to me.

Dark mode support is less critical but would be nice considering many people check their number when first awakening. Potentially before dawn and would prefer not blinding themselves with an app’s white background.

Developers, please don’t respond here as you have to do many others just with a phone number and instruction to call support. Calling support is NOT going to enable Apple Health compatibility nor magically add dark mode. This will prove whether you actually read reviews for just blindly copy/paste a response to say call the support number. So DON’T reply with your support number.

ADDENDUM: as expected, this company probably doesn’t actually read reviews. They just apply boilerplate responses. They just did exactly what I asked them not to do in the paragraph above, repeat that Apple health is not supported, and I should call for assistance if needed.

Can’t connect to Bluetooth

Basic functionality doesn’t work.

Basic

This app is to basic it needs to be able to connect to Apple Health. I will not be using it again.

No Apple Health Support

This app, as others have stated, is worthless if it doesn’t feed into to Apple Health.
