Useful app but crashes too regularly to use to manage your investments. Eg update pension contributions.
Something’s gone wrong today
I’ve been using the app with no problems for years,
however today I’ve used the new savings part of app and now won’t load for me to look at investments.

Freezes on login
Despite numerous update the app still freezes more times than out on login… no doubt you will reply saying to contact support, who only give you mundane fit for idiot troubleshooting steps. The issue is not with the user, it’s with the app… hence why so many reviews say exactly what I’m saying. Rather than saying to contact support, who cannot fix the problem via a simple reinstall or similar steps, could you actually fix the app itself which is the issue?

Australian version?
The new version of the app (July 2026) has a problem. It inverts the iPad display before starting up necessitating one having to stand on one’s head to use it.
Slow and crashes
Have fed this back a few times - it’s slows, it crashes and I tend to look at it less to check this as it is tricky to navigate with speed
