New Update Heating Up My Phone

Once the new update of the new purple look app hit, my phone starts to really heat up when I open it. And it stays hot a long time after I close it. What’s going on? It’s making me wonder if you guys are doing some sneaky stuff in the background of my phone. Please fix this.

Won’t even load

For some reason, even after deleting the app and reinstalling it. The app itself won’t even load anymore for me. I would try and open and it’ll show “TruMark” and then just close out back to my Home Screen. This is ridiculous.

Errors all over the app

I was happy to see the app was being upgraded. However, the changes are not good. The main account page is hard to understand if you have multiple accounts. You can’t organize or sort. There are no advanced visualizations to see money allocations. The searching is horrible. The process of buying CDs just got 100% worse. As a long time customer, this is the first time I am considering switching. You need to get it together fast!

Constant “application error”

After attempting to update, remove and download again I giving up!! When it works, great!! When it doesn’t, so inconvenient

New layout

The new layout is extremely ugly and very confusing. It just looks like a whole cluttered grid mess with your available balance and current balance. This was a big mistake on their part. I thought we were gonna at least get one main account that shows the balance without all the extra Confusion. I don’t like the new layout :(

need updated version!!!

i like this app a lot it is easy to use and convenient. my only problem is that there used to be a widget you could put on your home screen but then i updated my phone and its gone now ☹️ please please please update it so it can work for the latest update because i LOVED that feature!

Disorganised union

How incompetent do you have to be to lose a new member all because you haven’t verified their online account in days, this is a big representation of how unreliable you’ll be

Check may have been deposited before.

Getting an error several times when attempting to deposit checks via the app. Tried from several devices (phone and tablet). “Sorry deposit rejected due to deposit policy. Check may have been deposited before”. Both times that it’s happened the checks were from the same institution. I had to deposit at the local branch and reported it. You may want to look into it. Tried calling the 877-TRUMARK number several times but never got through to a human.

took my zelle away

i use zelle all the tjme and it randomly just took the tab off of my account really frustrating and now i have to change banks again.

Privacy is important

In looking at the privacy section in the iOS App Store I see Trumark is collecting a lot of information that doesn’t seem necessary to administer banking. What are they doing with this info? Is the third party app developer getting access to this info? Are they providing it to third party advertisers? I’ll be deleting the app until what they collect is more in line with what they need to know to administer banking and not everything else they collect. My data is my data not your product.

Update: the developer contacted me via email with a blanket response stating in part “We collect information that can be used to enhance the products and services that we offer you”

However, they are collecting things that have no bearing whatsoever on any of the services they are providing. Further, they provide a link in the emailed response to “contact the developer” but of course the link doesn’t work. Not a good look Trumark. Until they change their collection policies I can not have this app on my phone.

Privacy is important

Why is Trumark collecting so much information from our phones? Seems like a lot more than should be needed to administer banking. Who are they sharing this info with? Third party app developer? Advertisers? Calling and asking doesn’t provide answers either. I’ve deleted the app and will use their mobile website until they change their collection practices.

Dysfunctional

It is a good app to see you account balance but when it comes to transferring money it is a hit or miss. My credit card is due tmr and the app is saying “unable to display your information at this time try again later” later when my credit card bill is late? Unbelievable unreliable in such an important aspect.

Horrible

This app is very outdated compared to most other banking apps. Since I have had my account which is a few yrs now the app has a ridiculous amount of application errors occurring on a daily basis causing users to not be able to view their accounts when they need to.

New Credit card company and now no running balance

Loved the app for my credit card until they recently changed CC processing company. Running balances no longer show for credit card. And returns are showing as charges instead of credit while they are in pending status!! It will get corrected when it posts but it is showing incorrectly while pending. Please fix these issues ASAP!!!!

What is the point?

“Finance your car through TruMark Financial Credit Union and pay your loan online or with our mobile app.” [downloads app and logs in.] “Your loan is not eligible for online or mobile payments.”

Probs gonna change banks

I’ve had this bank since I was 15, but after they rolled out a new credit card issuer things take a long time to process. I stayed with this bank so long due to them do things proficiently and fast. Now if I pay off my credit card from them it says pending for days where as before it would be processed and my balance would decrease right away. Not a happy customer anymore. It takes days for them to progress a gas payment on my credit card

Mobile Deposit is Glitchy

No matter what I do, my mobile deposits are rejected for not using a dark background - and I’ve tried several back backgrounds with no success. I’ve made sure checks are legible, lit well, and all edges are within the guidelines. I just about only use this app for this purpose - making it relatively useless to me.
