The new trusted traveler program app is extremely easy and efficient. The app is user friendly and better than the actual web page. I am glad they have created this.
This app is great!
Thank God for this app! It’s the only way to receive alerts when appointments free up at enrollment centers. Go in the app to Settings and Notifications and favorite your preferred locations. It makes it SUPER easy, compared to how it was! You can also get alerts for applicant/member status changes and you can apply through the app!

One Serious Flaw
This app has one fatal flaw which makes it unusable by people without a driver’s license. Instead, you have to use the web based app. CBP knows about this flaw but doesn’t fix it and doesn’t warn users that if they don’t have a d/l they will be stuck in a confusing and endless loop. Clearly, this is poor public service.

It was an easy process from the app.
Bad App
The website and app need a full redesign. They added passkey, which I set up and the app doesn’t understand once selected. My renewal kept telling me that something was missing and brought me to a screen with nothing missing. Simply had to click save again. Hire a real developer.
