Doesn’t work
I have 2FA set up and I get a text, but there’s no place to enter said text when logging in. Why?

Not as good as it used to be
The app works, but the recent updates are poor. This used to be a simple, straightforward app that worked. Now it is slow, clumsy, harder to use. I was just trying to search transactions and could not update the search criteria easily
Ugh site down again
Too many updates that take the website down when I need it.
Lower your expectations
No access to trurewards visa points and Zelle no longer works. Employees continue to blame ‘system consolidation’ that took place almost 6 months ago. Find another credit union.

New interface is not better
I don’t like that you have to click ‘login’ every time the app starts just to get to the login prompts. I understand that there needs to be a way for new users to sign up, but the ‘sign up’ should be the extra click since users only do that once.
I agree with other reviewers in that the user interface in the last couple of updates is more difficult and clunky than it used to be.
Having said that, it is a still decent app and I use it a lot.

Bring back Face ID sign in
New version has worse user interface
I’ve been paying bills on my phone since they invented it, but this update is really a downgrade with respect to paying bills online. The old version had all payees in a list, now only ten are listed at a time, and that can be changed to a max of 30. Also, if I click on a payee, and then go back it defaults back to 10 payees per screen. Also, now there is a review payment before paying. And it doesn’t automatically include a decimal point or bring up a calculator screen when entering numbers, all conveniences the old version of the app had. All told, this app update doubles the amount of time required to pay a bill. Completely ridiculous

Great service
I always get great service from all the TruWest employees. They are always professional and knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy their website as it’s easy to use. The fraud alert team is great and always on their toes to keep my account safe. Great job everyone and thank you
Not user friendly
Difficult to get directly to where you’re trying to go without having to click on multiple places, example pay for my loan. Zelle continuously does not work, every time I attempt to Zelle it kicks me out of the app completely.

zelle isnt working everytime i go into the app and click zelle the app loads and then just closes
Information when you need it
This app doesn’t allow enough time to gather information. It shuts down too soon, not allowing me to make calculations. So I have to log in multiple times.
Can’t log in
This app is stupid. You can’t log in because it sends a text message with a number, but there’s no way to reply back. It just says:
“Text us back!
We'll complete your login once we get your reply.”
You can’t complete the login because again, the text the app sends doesn’t let you reply with anything. It gives you a code you’re supposed to copy and paste with nowhere to paste it. Please fix this. I also noticed you haven’t updated the app in 8 months. Good job.

Update the App
I like the app but you guys haven’t updated the app to reflect the widgets to the latest iOS update. There’s been multiple of updates and still no widget option. Update the compatibility

Elegantly Simple
This bank app is the best one I have. TruWest has made it so simple to find and use any tool they have. It’s a sleek, minimal design that requires almost no getting used to. Never had an outage, never had to call customer support to figure out how to use it. There are some functions that are not available through the app and require using the website or phone banking, but those are rarely used situations. For every day, mobile banking, I think this app is great.
