So happy having signed up for Paul Twyman‘s app. I am impressed about the high knowledge shared by coach Paul who very concisely explains each drill from the very base to its full progression in timely compact tutorials. The programs are set up for different levels (bloody beginner to athlete) and within each program you find loads of switch outs for specific drills to apply to your individual level and becoming your own best coach. The programs are set for 20-30 min to allow combination of several programs in one hit. The app includes great mobility programs as standalone or to be combined with other skill training. Also joined the discord community in which you can ask your questions, submit videos for feedback or make suggestions/send app requests to Paul. Paul is motivating and inspiring me a lot!!! I highly recommend this app for anybody who wants to learn or improve/progress in handstands/calisthenics.

Horrible loading speeds and glitches
Loading speeds were so bad I couldn’t even get through a workout, and it was not a problem of my Internet.

I love using this app for my workout makes it easy to stick to a routine rather then aimlessly trying to figure out workouts in the gym… would love a version of this for my Apple Watch to make going between the workout and rest times easier than having to pick up my phone between each set.

Great Workouts for all levels!
Love the workouts. Videos are very well made. Only criticism is I think the timing still needs to get some kinks straighten out. For example 3 sets of 10. When do I take the break between? it just keeps playing. Or do I do a round of each excersise then do 2 more rounds because if I just do 1 round of 1set of 10 each exercise it says I’m DONE. Otherwise, this is a blessing! I’m on a FEMA deployment & this has been a great way to exercise w/ ZETRO equipment. Thank you!!

It’s hard but you feel the burn love it so much
Great work outs but not user friendly
You have to set mode and workout per workout, it doesn’t start next excercise everything has to be done Malay and no way to skip over timer

More comprehensive
I would like the app to have a more comprehensive workouts, you know you need to develop all your muscles not only your butt although this is the main purpose of the app. Aldo it would be great if the app will have a place to keep track of the weights for hypertrophy. Missing warm up and cool downs

I think it can be have a stop watch for those exercises which got time limited.
Great App But Needs Some Improvements
The workouts/drills have been extremely helpful in my Calisthenics journey so far but I can’t help but feel the app is lacking a bit. I’m aware that the app just launched which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. It’s organized & easy to navigate but there should be more. Such as independent drills outside of the workouts, more helpful tips, and step by step instructions on how to safely do these workouts as a beginner. I’m someone who is relatively fit & have a bit of knowledge on how to do some of these safely but that may not be the case for everyone so I feel there should be a bit more instruction.
Outside of that, it’s a great app & I love how helpful it’s been in building my strength up/confidence up! Keep up the great work!

App fully downloads then doesn’t allow me to open because it’s “waiting”. Maybe it’s a phone issue so I’ll give it some grace
Calisthenics Baby
This app has been super great for me as a calisthenics baby. I love that each workout grouping has a “prerequisite” to work towards before starting on that goal (i.e. being able to do a dead hang before learning the pull up, etc.). This is an amazing app for true beginners, I will update when I’m more advanced in my journey, but so far, very very happy and definitely feel it’s worth the money! 🫶🏼

Great for exercises with coaches
App provides a reasonable way for coaches to provide good workout plans and not have to worry about setting it up myself. Being able to have video for the exercise is nice. My one gripe is sometimes there are teaching videos that aren’t follow along and I’d like to increase speed in those cases.
Lagging
The workouts are very good, incredible activities!
Slava is amazing. However, the app is lagging a lot and the workouts are not smooth cause sometimes it takes too much time to begging and between exercises too much break.
