Our tiny little community choir joined several other local choirs to give a send off to a retiring church organist.
Trybooking sales were almost half of our revenue. So convenient with being able to check in and of course greatly reducing the need for cash at the door.

Great software

I’ve used TryBooking for years on behalf of Lancing Football Club. Using the ticketing software and app for primarily high-risk and busy fixtures, this helps staff to streamline entry and reduce queue times. For management, it also helps us to estimate numbers, view real-time data and provide many volunteers with access.

For goodness sake

The most important info we need is ‘Who's attending a single session’

So far, we get a list of everyone over the past year, booked in, checked or otherwise.

What is the point of selecting a specific date if the data provided is cumulative historic?

My staff have to print a report from the website and use pencil and paper.

Totally inefficient.

If you select a date: give us info for THAT date, not historic data.

A good idea complicated by poor app support.

Thank you for the feedback. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the functionality of the scanning app for a multitude of different events. Regarding filtering the attendees for a single session, this can be achieved by creating a Ruleset by following the steps: 1. You can access Rules by selecting Settings in the bottom right, and selecting Rules 2. Using the parameters, you can then filter a specific data set which will be displayed for scanning. Impossible to Login in to, have tried numerous times to just book tickets to an event and all attempts have failed, I hope I have not been changed for this app as it was so difficult for me to negotiate for such a simple action of getting tickets to this Ecumenical Women’s Breakfast

So far ok

Will this be able to let you make a booking for someone in the future? Or just have to go back to website or have client go to website? It would be great if could book someone directly from app too and also see if there are any openings available ☺️

At this stage, the app is only for checking in attendees and validating their tickets. We do have a new point of sale feature (currently in beta testing) for selling tickets at the door or via your box office. App doesn’t work

Just gets stuck at a loading screen, when I bypass that and go to check-in it gives me numbers not names. Absolutely useless.

Packed with features

Can be adapted for use beyond concerts - I use it for event garment orders, group bus trips, etc. very easy for admin and customers to use on the web and app.

Well done

Wow! Wish I’m impressed so far by this app. Easy log in and shows me how many tickets have been bought and are left for my event. Will test out the scanner in about 8 weeks at our event and update the review. Well donI TryBooking team!
