So unreliable if ur dealership can find ANY other options please go with those. When this works it’s great but it never does.
Crashes Upon Login
iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 18.0.1. Upon entering my credentials and hitting login, the app crashes. Unusable.

It crashes just looking through available cars scrolling on an iPhone 15 pro max. I’m a service manager - and I do not recommend this app as of 5/3/24.
scan license got fixed
can you guys make it quicker to mark certain areas on the vehicle for damage? i go cross eyed reading thru passenger front quarter panel, front passenger tire, front passenger wheel, etc.
Fix the DL scan issue!
Can no longer scan the bar code on the back of a DL after the recent update.

Since the last update I haven’t had the ability to scan an ID. Tried a hand full of IDs but it won’t scan a single one. The app used to work great but now it’s just broken

This app is terrible! it constantly freezes & always needs to update!! it’s very embarrassing when you’re dealing with a customer and you’re trying to use the app but it freezes up on you and you have to ask the customer for their information and start the process all over again! if you can find a better app for your business, I suggest you do so, because this one is terrible!

I had to learn how to use TSD for my employment. It took me 1 hour to have it down pact . It’s so easy to use even the mobile version ! Also it has a training options to help you learn ! Highly recommend for companies to use TSD
Fairly constant glitches that support won’t fix
If a customer’s license is already stored and you type in their number, after you pick the loaner and try to open a contract, it has an error. Out of state license always causes issues.
Error Messages
I have gotten many error messages when first opening the app (which you can bypass by hitting “OK”) as well as when creating agreements for existing customers. This happens every time and has been tested many times.
