Aplikacja od lipca 2026 jest płatna (limit 5 haseł miesięcznie) czym zaskoczyła użytkowników, którzy tak jak ja wybrali tą apkę właśnie ze względu na to, ze korzystanie z podstawowej funkcji było bezpłatne. Trzeba będzie poszukać innej aplikacji.

Fantastic app for smart locks
I have a tuya smart lock and a TTLocks smart lock. The TTlock app is so much better!
Subscription required for basic functions they call advanced.
The app works great with my Toledo Nexus lock that I have attached to a wifi gateway to control it remotely. The problem is that the Ttlock app requires a subscription for simple things like a low battery alert. I find that unacceptable. I’ll have buy another lock that uses an app that does not require a subscription to use basic features.

Terrible App
This app is terrible. It used to work fine but now it can’t even poll the lock status and get it right. Instead it polls the last user function and guesses. At least that’s what it seems like it does. The actual lock icon never changes to unlocked even though it’s unlocked and a notification was received saying it was unlocked. If you try and lock the door through the app, it never polls the lock to see if it actually completed the lock action. I have a gateway. It’s no help. I stand by the door. Does all the things mentioned above. It used to be fairly reliable and accurate. But not so much anymore.

Barely Functional
The app has only ever worked on one of the devices we have it on, none of the longterm or one time codes ever work to unlock the door. I can ot use this app to unlock my door at all, nor can I use the codes, now can I use the little Fob that comes with it. The only option I have is to physically unlock the door just like I could’ve done before purchasing this.

App Updates Make it Worse
App update on 6/18/26 has deleted the lock off the app. Been working fine for years and now a simple update has rendered the app useless.
unable to receive verification code
terrible app! i have updated the app and im locked out of the app as the verification code is not being sent to me ! i have tried multiple times and the code or voice call is still not sending the verification code to me ！ I emailed the customer service and they dont understand the issue
