DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this app. THE EMAIL IS A SCAM. I closed my account over a year ago and they just charged me another $72 with a card I had on PayPal but didn’t use the first time.
I’m reporting this app and company to the BBB and reporting them as fraud. I’ll go to all extremes to get my money back.

Delete my account
I emailed you over a year ago, and I believe I deleted my account because you purposefully created an app where you take bank info, but do not allow the user to cancel. Scam artists, you recently charged me $109 for an app I asked to stop being charged and deleted over a year ago. Please do not reply with your hello tuby email address, as I have it already and have sent you two emails that include the account number. No response, though. Stay away, folks. Scam alert.

Waste of money and frankly a scam
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I have need my account canceled for months now and no customer service has shown me any response. The app is not engaging, and I am extremely frustrated by the exorbitant price of an app that is below sub par.
I am extremely displeased with this app and lack of customer service. If no cancellation is rewarded by the end of the week, I will take further action.

Can’t get in touch with anyone
Was automatically charged a renewal when I cancelled almost a year ago. Tried calling the number and got message I couldn’t be connected and to email Plaifit. I can’t find any email for them. So what does that tell you?

I’m tired of dealing with you all and this scam. I just reported it to the FTC and anyone who was scammed out of their money by these crooks should do the same.
Horrible customer service
SCAM!!!! I was charged for the Tuby app which I never signed up for. When I reached out to cancel and get refunded I was told told that I did not cancel before renewal and therefore could not be refunded. I never signed up. I downloaded the app after I was charged and had no way of logging in since none of my emails are connected to the app.

Scam
There is no way of cancelling this app through the app service even if you cancel the subscription you will then find that you are still being charged. I didn’t realise for a couple of months that the payments had still been coming out and in varying amounts different to what I’ve been quoted, I would avoid completely

Theft via subscription plan
Will not cancel subscription after following the T&Cs they sent saying to email them. I have sent three emails requesting them to stop my subscription and they have replied once with an updated list of T&Cs and fees and once to say that they will get back to me. New 3 month plan fee comes out in May so can already tell they are drawing the process out to collect those. It is theft, pure and simple. Didn’t even use the app or sign into it, don’t know how I got subscribed but ending it should never be this hard.

Reoccurring Charges
When I joined they were running a “special” lifetime membership so should have been a one time charge, but they just charged me again and I have yet to reach a resolution. Instead they just cancelled my subscription and kept the additional money. Sad way to do business.
Recurring charges I didn’t Want, No Response
I downloaded this app because my son thought it looked fun and we used it a couple of times but found it was just okay so we deleted it. I started receiving tons of spam calls and pop up ads, and after not using it received multiple charges (two at the same time for identical amounts) that I reported to the bank as fraudulent. They would not reverse the charge and advised me I’d need to cancel a subscription I literally cannot find anywhere to cancel, and have been emailing for months without a single response to the email address listed in the app (and mentioned in reply to other reviews here) but have not ever gotten a reply from this company. I’ve been attempting since last year to cancel this nonsense and continue to get charges for increasing amounts (this time it was 2 separate $80+ charges) and the card company gave me a number they have on file. It goes to an automated recording saying they cannot accept calls (at 3:00 on a weekday their time, it was a California number), and when I attempt to email the address it provides it bounces back as undeliverable. I’m so over this app and regret ever downloading it. Be prepared to sign over your bank account indefinitely if you choose to download it, because apparently you will be railroaded into recurring charges and can’t ever cancel.

Scam?
Renews with no notice, doesn’t show up in apple subscriptions and seems impossible to cancel. Can someone please look into this ASAP before more people get ripped off!
Don’t use
Beware, they will never remind you that your subscription is renewing, it just does automatically even if you don’t use the product. They then quote t&c’s and refuse to give a refund when asked.

I tried this app and didn’t like it, it was not what I was looking for. Unsubscribe immediately and have been charged ever since a lot of money!! Don’t do it!!
Charges for nothing
I never purchased the app or anything in the app and they are charging me for nothing, moreover in the app there is no subscription button or anything similar. Give my money back!
Random outrageous price hike and no way to cancel
I got an email with the generic “we’ve changed our terms of service,” and thankfully I read it closely because now it costs $110 a month. Buried 10 paragraphs in amongst other things.
