I too thought that this app would allow me to see and pay utility bills, nup!
Don’t waste your time.

City of Tucson should do better than a graffiti app and a parking payment app.

Bad App

Just doesn’t work! App opens to a black screen with a white stripe across the top of the screen, no buttons to click , nothing to enter the app???
