Deutsche Kunden nicht erwünscht
Wie schon beschrieben, kann man sich mit einer dt. PLZ nicht anmelden. Da das Problem seit Jahren besteht und bisher die App nicht erweitert wurde, kann man sich seinen Teil denken. Echt schwache Leistung TUI!
Deutsche Version fehlt
Leider akzeptiert die App bei der Registrierung keine deutschen Postleitzahlen, diese ist daher nicht möglich.

Deutschland scheint für TUI nicht interessant zu sein, sonst gäbe es eine internationale App…
No option for germans to register
This app is not working for germans since postal code field will not accept any german codes, therefore the app is totally useless.

Funktioniert nicht für deutsche Kunden. Das macht mich sehr sauer, da ich gerne über die App alles abgerufen hätte. Und ich kann kein Englisch, Sprachauswahl Funktion wäre auch super.

Very very disappointed that tui has with drawn the use of tui card especially in these current Covid times to book anything to use the points I had accrued yes very disappointed with tui
Service cancelled?
I was surprised to see this app is still being updated, with my account having been closed as it has been discontinued. I was given a few weeks to book a holiday and use the points I had built up over the years, or loose them all. Effectively they (TUI and/or new day) stole £100 from me.

I have used the credit card to accumulate points towards another holiday and now they are stopping the credit card I have lost these points. I am not happy about this .
