App in English
We live in the a Netherlands among many other expats and really enjoy travelling with TUI. However, we are unable to use the app and read messages as everything comes through in Dutch. It would be great to have the app also in English version.

Werkt niet meer
Niet mogelijk om boekingsnummer toe te voegen. Ondanks uitgebreide email dat je deze app moet downloaden komt er daarna een melding: we weten dat het niet werkt. Stop dan de emails en haal optie uit app.

Our first time to Tenerife, also first time with TUI
Flight here was a bit chaos dropping off at grand Canaria , but to be expected at this time of year ,the apartment and complex was fabulous. Clean newly renovated, friendly staff great facilities so much so we booked again whilst we were here , love the place great holiday 😀

please offer an English version
It’s already 2019, I don’t see the English version of this APP, can’t imagine that. Please offer an English version, or at least give a choice to select English panel.

Totally useless
I downloaded it with the hope of getting my boarding code. It shows you everything but the boarding code such as weather report of Amsterdam and parking info. Why is it that difficult to make a to-the-point app for your passengers?
Won't open after update
I'm not sure how it happened, but iknow I can't open the app. Right after the 1 November update. It's sad it works worse now.
