FAQ

What does TV Cast Pro do?

TV Cast Pro allows you to stream online videos, livestreams, and personal media from your device to any Google Cast-enabled device, such as a Chromecast, Sony TV, or Nvidia Shield. You can browse the web and cast embedded videos directly to your TV.

What are the key features of TV Cast Pro?

Key features include the ability to stream web videos and personal media, a remote playbar for controlling playback, subtitle support, an ad-blocker, and unlimited bookmarking. You can also cast personal photos, videos, and music from your device or cloud services.

Is TV Cast Pro free to use?

The app is freemium, meaning there is a free version with basic functionality and a Pro version that unlocks advanced features. The Pro version offers an ad-blocker, remote playbar, unlimited personal media casting, and more.

What devices is TV Cast Pro compatible with?

The app works with devices that have Google Cast or Chromecast built-in, including Vizio TVs, Toshiba TVs, Sony TVs, Philips TVs, Sharp TVs, Chromecast, Nexus Player, and Nvidia Shield gaming consoles.

What types of videos cannot be cast?

DRM-protected videos from services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Vudu are not supported. Flash videos and iTunes movies also cannot be cast. The app streams only the video portion of a website, not the entire screen or tab.
