ever since i’ve found this, it’s been a major convenience to me as I do not carry cash let alone coins on me and it’s a bother having to put aside cash to turn to coins.

Poor user instructions on site and little support available
Already had and used three app 9 months ago. Now does not recognize my email but recognized my phone #. Cannot send a new password due to above. No one answered at the customer service number no one on site knows how to work the system.
Extremely easy
I was both surprised and pleased how easy it is to use this facility. I think the price is good. And the huge size of the washers and dryers make it a bargain.

Support is doodoo
I contacted support for help with entering website for card refill and also other issues. I received an email from admin regarding the captcha verification which blocked me every time. I could clearly see all numbers involved on all occasions and yet I was unable to enter. Admin gives advice in email to reset captcha until clearly visible. I replied that I was 100% positive of entries. I asked for more help only to be GHOSTED BY ADMIN
