Unserious money management
Twisto takes a type of payment today and tomorrow doesn, then it errors out with no specific explanation, they don’t reply to emails, their chat start button doesn’t show on my iphone model at least.
Then you talk with support who calls you without speaking English when you’re obviously a foreigner, explain things to them and they blame your bank because they don’t understand.
All the while raking late fees to be told days after with more lates fee that I could not use a card that I always used in Twisto before.
To which I replied and never got a reply.
Saw myself forced to pay unjust late fees because of their poorly programmed app and their unserious payment platform standards that change overnight.
Uninstalling this forever.
