With TX.IS, ticket holders benefit from quick access to tickets, streamlined and secure ticket transfers, easy connection with friends, then optimised entry into the venue. We understand the preference for avoiding additional apps, and that is our goal too. As a customer irritating and very poor - if you are a club / event avoid as it looses customers
If you are a club I would strongly suggest that you do NOT use as this is actively making less likely to attend!!!

This issue affected a small set of devices and has been fixed, so please make sure you have the most recent version installed from the App Store. We also want to mention that the QR code is designed to display at an optimal size for quick and efficient scanning at the venue. Enlarging it isn't necessary and can sometimes slow down the entry process for everyone.
