Decides to stop working
App just stops working for no reason at all. Logs you out and doesn’t function properly to “reset” password. Honestly wish I could give less than 1 star review. Wish I could use different app but can’t. Update: APP JUST DECIDES IT DOESNT WANT TO WORK ANYMORE. FIX YOUR DAMN PRODUCT
Useless application.
NB! The recent version introduce a security issue - despite that application show “command not executed” gates could open later after 15-60 minutines by itselt. It seems to be command TTL issue.
Pretty much useless
App is ok….. when it works, which is very infrequent! Constant lottery if it will operate when you want and that’s before it reaches Christmas time when it logs you out every time you exit the app. I do not recommend!

Di punto in bianco l’app ha smesso di funzionare, difficoltà costante ad entrare nell’applicazione… I dati di accesso non restano memorizzati e bisogna compilare manualmente con id e password ed in più gli automatismi risultano all’interno dell’applicazione ma spesso risultano offline e quindi lo smartphone resta scollegato dagli automatismi registrati senza poterli utilizzare… App da migliorare

Die App ist so etwas von unzuverlässig und schlecht gemacht. Kein Verbindung mal geht’s mal geht es nicht.

Recently the app has not worked way more that it has. Sometimes I can’t log in, and often receive error message “command not executed” despite the gate controller being online and strong WiFi signal.

Intermittent at best and now doesn’t work at all
We’ve had this installed for approx 2 years with our BFT gate. It is intermittent at best - approx 40% of the time it works. Often get messages ‘command not executed’ - then after multiple refreshes, it occasionally works. We have excellent WIFI at the gate. Today - we have all been logged out of the app. We are unable to reset passwords, unable to log in - so as we only have 2 remotes and a family of 5 - we aren’t able to use our gate at all. No ability to contact support (only sales). Useless.

The app sometimes works sometimes not. I see the device in the local WiFi with a good dBm but I can’t control the gate from the app during 3 days. Guys, this is not a good service

I still find it hard to believe how an App can be so bad? What are scenarios for in the app, you can’t do anything with them, what if you want your gates to shut at night automatically at a set time, just seems like basic functionality ?

Eine Zumutung ist das! Sie funktioniert grundsätzlich NIE, wenn man es mal wirklich braucht. Sie ist einfach nutzlos.
Sie hat gar keinen Stern verdient, aber ohne kann man ja leider nicht absenden.

The App stop working!
It worked perfectly for about 3 months, but after updating the IOS on the iPhone, it stopped working. Please fix it.

Здравствуйте! Ранее в приложении была функция открыть закрыть в зависимости от расстояния нахождения человека. Сейчас ее нет. Будет включена эта функция в дальнейшем и когда?

App invalidante il più non funziona mai o si apre il cancello o il basculante speso i soldi invano per in azienda che non si intessa dei problemi che ci sono!!!! Telefonato alla assistenza più volte ma invano !! Se potessi mettere uno zero li farei volentieri !!!
