It is the worst EHR app I’ve ever experienced and is completely useless.

App notifications do not work. Please fix the issue.
Do Not Use For Payments
It shows that you owe money but you really do not! And the button to see a pdf of your statement does not work!!

Awkward and Oddly Designed
Compared with other health systems apps I have seen this is awkward and not intuitive. Review of results is tedious and doesn’t facilitate comparison with prior values.
Notifications don’t work
The app’s notifications haven’t worked since I had the app. About 2 years now. I have to constantly remind myself to go into the app and check messages. Please fix 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
