Me faut-il vraiment acheter un nouveau téléphone !!!!

Bonjour, je comprends effectivement votre satisfaction à nous protéger. Mais dans notre monde de surconsommation, vous ne faites rien de positif car votre dernière mise à jour ne me permet plus d’utiliser mon iPhone 8+ plus alors qu’ils fonctionnent à merveille. Je tiens à vous signaler qu’une application reste plus efficace contre la fraude qu’un lien d’internet. Je ne vous félicite pas en tous cas.

Update needs new mobile??!!!

I did prefer Credit S. as the app worked. I have been having problems and I do understand the swap had to take some time. But finely it worked and now I need update the app. Unfortunately I need to buy new mobile for it? Seriously? As my mobile is not good enough! That seems unfair!

I am a 12 year old girl and this app is really easy to use and I gave me step by step instructions on what to do and when I didn’t even know how to use my savings account I called up the bank and a very nice guy helped me. 😊😊😊

I use many different banking apps - this is by far the worst. Basically no thought given to UX - it’s a disaster

Déconnexion

Ça serait plus facile et rapide d’avoir la déconnexion au début du menu plutôt que l’avoir tout à la fin. Si c’est à la fin il faut scroller vers le bas pour le voir apparaître

Very convenient

The app is extremely convenient to manage by banking services and pay bills. Much better than using the old card reader. My only complaint is that I cannot manage my personal and business accounts with the same app. I still must use the card reader for my business account.

Content d’ubs

Je viens de m’installer en suisse depuis peut j’ai ouvert un compte très rapidement sur cette application c’était très rapide et userfriendly (surtout comparé à d’autres neobanque suisse) ..
L’application est excellente aussi.
Je recommande ubs pour le compte key4 gratuit facile à ouvrir
J’ai ouvert aussi un compte garantie loyer instantanément et depuis l’étranger !
Je recommande cette banque aux étrangers qui ne veulent pas des casse tête..

Does the job but…

« See card details » , loads for few seconds, « are you sure you want to see your card details » , loads again, « please confirm you agree to show your cards details », loads and gets stuck …………..
