He’s a stellar and superb FA caring -even about my physical health

Did we even have UX UI

Horribly optimized app. One of the most unintuitive interfaces. The entire UX and UI teams should be replaced and just completely redo the apps appearance. Also the app just hasn’t worked for multiple days now.

Unstable and unintuitive.

At least half the time I try logging into the app I get a generic, “Please try again later” error. All of my other banking apps are pretty intuitive but this one for the life of me I just can’t seem to find where to do a simple thing like transfer money..

Not happy

Every since I've been switched to the financial advisory section, I no longer have one person that I can talk to every time I call it's a different person. If I'm calling about something that I've already called about. I have to rehash the whole situation again and I am really sick and tired of having to jump through the hoops of being verified where when I had my single advisor, they knew who I was. I could call and tell them who I am and I was able to do whatever it was very easily now I'm just a number. I'm nobody to you and I'm not happy.

Overly complex and unintuitive

Many features must first be enabled online before useable in app. A lot of information is hard to find and not easily visible (like portfolio performance). I’d rather use almost any other company’s app, but UBS at least gets the job done. So it’s not a useless app if you have an account with them.

Not Easy

The online information is difficult to navigate. I tried to find an account name and could not. I had to retrieve the current paper report to get answers.

Die App ist unverständlich die Webseite eine disfunktionale Vollkatastrophe. Nicht zeitgemäß

Ich bekomme jedes Mal die Krise, wenn ich mit den UBS Tools arbeiten muss.

Hurst Group

The hurst group is a tremendous wealth management team
They are the Nectar of the gods !!!!!

Basic

It works but could be a lot better.

The initial page is extraneous.

Then accounts and holdings are separate.

First page should be a summary of each account with balance and total.

Then click on account for its holdings, balances, cost basis, asset allocation etc

What most people want to see…is really basic…this should be front and center and easy to find…

Honestly the app shows me what I need to know but others (eg vanguard) are much more user friendly.

UBS Website Review

The website is adequate but very unwieldy. The state of the art for me is Schwab. It’s much more user friendly. With Schwab, I know where I am with investments right away and I trade so much more there because of it.
My advice is to borrow many of the features from the Schwab website!

The worst financial app I have even used

The worst financial app I have even used

Worst wealth management app in America

I used the Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley apps and they are 4 stars compared to the minus one for this terrible app. Shame on you, you can do better than this

Get with it

This app is too clunky and does not lend itself to easy banking transactions. I can’t move money between accounts generally way behind my other banking app.

Individual&Family Wealth Mansgdmfnt

They don’t correspond w any regularity and haven’t provided particularly investment advice

Checking

Hard to find checking account number related to RMA account

Antiquated App

I think this is a classic example of an old institution that hasn’t invested much in the platform over the years. There’s something very bizarre where it keeps on crashing on iPad (despite app being deleted and downloaded). But the layout so poorly designed. There’s so much wasted space and there’s not the same functionality on app as there is on website which is frustrating. There are random options to show two or three lines for a security which ostensibly gives more detail but just…why. And I’ve found it difficult to simply get a view of how many shares and what the basis is…again if you login through a browser i think you have more functionality but strange it’s so limiting on app - or at least what I’ve experienced is the default settings are so basic compared to even another bank platform. Please look at other apps or reach out but maybe zoom out and try to take a fresh look at what you think is most important to your users. Thanks.

Great detail for following individual stocks

I am heavily invested and diversified so seeing detailed information on each investment is appreciated!

Banking App difficult to use

The investment part of the app is very good but the banking information is disjointed. You have to go to two or three different places to find the bank balance and account activity. You can’t see the bank balance after each transaction as in normal bank apps.

Minor Inconvenience

App times out when even a momentary switch from the view occurs. It’s a minor inconvenience when updating spreadsheets with data from my account.

Missing info

It should show % of gain or loss for IRA and Roth IRA and comparisons to increases in the indices.
