Excellent application
At a glance, I can see my assets and my various accounts at UBS. Works perfectly all the time. Additionally when the system is down for maintenance, I am given a notice in advance when it's going to happen, which is also helpful.
Great service to investors
UBS’s app & website has provided me with direct access to view my investments with complete ease. A very useful app to keep track of finances. Hats off! (assuming you have a hat)

Used to be able to sign on without using my phone every time
I used to be able to sign on to my accounts on my laptop without going through my phone every time. Now all of a sudden I can’t do that. I have to use my phone and it does not remember my laptop anymore so I have to do this every single time it’s incredibly annoying.

This will allow to quickly determine if I wish to change the Reinvested vs Dividend fund

App very weak
This App pales in comparison to Fidelity, where Fidelity lists all relevant historical charts with Index comparisons and many different dates. Wish it offered historical data

Let’s you see your holdings but frequently unable to model or execute transactions. I use other apps that have more features and reliability
One frustration
Site is fairly user friendly but wish there was an option to track the annualized return of an investment based on time of my purchase.
20 year old UI
The UI is terrible. This app is not intuitive and is incredibly annoying to move around in. It needs a complete overhaul. Maybe get someone who isn’t 90 years old to give it a face lift from this generation.
