Abysmal Scheduling
They make it near impossible to schedule an appointment. They also drop your PCP if you don’t have an appointment in a while, which makes scheduling even more impossible. The cherry on top is that if you use the automated scheduling via the message center, it will tell you they have an appointment next Tuesday: then when you choose that option, it schedules you for a Tuesday a month away.

Livi sucks
I keep trying to log in livi on the phone and on this app simply does not work grow up and hire a human person preferably one who speaks English
Worthless
Always tries to reschedule my appointment or set me up with one I don’t want. Uninstalled.
Cannot log in
Super frustrating, calling doctor and they say to download the app, which will not let me log in even though I can log in via web.
Poorly done
It seems as though they have put a lot of effort into to making everything difficult, especially if you have a 14 year old child.
Pharmacy and portal
The portal does not allow any explanation of prescriptions that aren’t being filled. It (and Livi) doesn’t say there is a delay because,,, or the prescription was sent to the provider and no response, and more. Follow through from the portal to the patient seems nonexistent.
No Longer Working
This app used to be 3-4/5 stars until a couple weeks ago when it started with dual authentication. Since then, I have been unable to log into the app. I enter the code it sends, but it just keeps giving an error communicating with the server. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Tried calling tech support who reset the dual authentication, which allowed me to log into the web version through the browser, but it did not fix the app issue and they had no clue what else to try and knew nothing about the error. Not a great feeling when your tech support doesn’t have an answer.

Makes no sense in this day and age to see how poorly this app is. Getting appts/repeated request for log ins/etc.

Livy assistance is awful
This AI assistant creates more hassle than it helps. Even if you get on a call. It takes longer for it to fake key type than for you do just talk to someone. Waste of time
Error upon loading
Still getting the error upon loading screen. There’s no way to book /cancel appointments without this app. Please fix this. The suggestion to delete and re download the app worked only once, now fails continuously.
Painful
It’s about as difficult to navigate this app as it is to find good health insurance let alone good health care in the United States… communications with support and bill details should be at the forefront… but they know most people don’t like the sick care racket in the US, so they add layers of fluff… their app and physical locations leave a lot to be desired

Latest IPhone crashed this App on my IPhone 13. Will not reload in order to log in. Have to restart iPhone in order for App to load again. Have tried several times to remove and download App, still no luck. Happens on both my iPhone 13 models. No problems on portal though. Called support with no luck also.

App Hides info from you, emergency situation
I have an urgent request for service provider, this app will hide that information from you. This app has created a medical emergency for me. UC health staff are not familiar with this programs leading to false and DANGEROUS information. I am not allowed to contact my service provider.
Really adamant on automation
They gradually removed phone numbers from their app. Now you have to do things digitally with zero reassurance and no clue about time frames.

Unable to Login
Downloaded the app and created a username and password. Will not let me login. Just get errors. Pointless.
Billing insurance 10 days before appointment?
Why are the doctor’s offices billing insurance 10 days before an appointment? If I happen to cancel appointment and they already charge insurance that is insurance fraud. Bet JOINT commission or state would love be informed of this.
Excellent app
I can easily manage my appointments and follow test results. The staff a UC Health has always responded to questions or concerns in a timely manner.
Good App for Medical Info and Appointments
Works well, no issues while using, intuitive for new users and easy to navigate.
