Simply Awesome

So much better than driving to an urgent care and waiting around while sick people cough all over you!

immediate access to ER docs

wow! The app is easy to use, and the doctors are so nice and knowledgeable. This Virtual ER is such a helpful service to have literally at my fingertips. I’ve used this many times for different health-related issues, but the most helpful times that really stick out to me is when I’d fallen while on a run — I was so worried I’d hurt my ankle really badly and the doctor on the web consult was able to assess my ankle while I was literally sitting on the sidewalk until my friends ran back to get the car! Another time while literally sitting in an airport. I consulted with a PA who prescribed medicine for me and I was able to pick it up when I landed. Thank you for all of the help you’ve given me!

So easy

I just used this service for the first time this morning. What a time saver!
The doctor that I spoke with was caring and compassionate and asked me lots of questions to properly diagnose my situation- and provide the correct treatment.
Turns out, I have a horrible sinus infection, but now I can get some relief.
Thank you UCM!

App will not work

It will not allow you to scroll to accept terms it is horrible!

This app stinks!

I have never written an app review before because I’m usually really easy to please. When I first got this app on my iPhone 6 it worked great. I just tried to use it with my iPhone 7 and it is useless. Whenever I try to upload a photo, schedule a consult or do anything else it wants me to agree to the user agreement which would be fine if I could actually do that but I can’t because the screen won’t scroll down for me to tap accept. I have no issues with any other apps that I am currently using. I hope this gets fixed because I can’t use it at all as it is.
