I am experiencing a complete lack of communication options. I cannot reach customer support or the delivery driver, nor is there a feature to add delivery instructions.

I have ordered multiple timed but this time I observed the issue. I apply credit in order summary or even apply a coupon. I click on Checkout and it redirects to webview and asks to login again. I login again and all credit is gone. And there is no option to apply again. I apply as a coupon as shown in app, it says invalid. I have canceled ordering. This feels like a scam. And I checked my previous order, no coupons or credit applied.

They are just frauds
I had ordered products from their app but they delivered only 1 item and rest of the order was not delivered. Nobody responds on the chat service neither do they receive calls . It is already more than 4 days and they haven’t even processed the refund . It is better not to order from them .

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
Dead on Arrival" Ordered several indoor plants worth Rs 3000. After three weeks of delay, they arrived nearly dead - brown leaves, dried soil, and roots damaged beyond recovery. Customer service ignored my complaints and photos of the dead plants. Complete waste of money with zero accountability.
"Misrepresented Products" Purchased what was advertised as a "Large Red Aglaonema" for Rs 1200. Received a tiny plant barely 4 inches tall that looked nothing like the website images. When confronted about false advertising, they claimed "plants are natural products that vary." Pure bait and switch tactics.
"Ghost Customer Service" My order of gardening supplies arrived with broken pots and wrong soil mix. Tried reaching them through every channel - calls, emails, website chat, social media. Complete radio silence for weeks. Finally got a response saying "return window closed" though I had complained on day one. Shameful service.
"Premium Prices, Budget Quality" Spent Rs 4500 on their "premium plants collection." Received basic varieties available at local nurseries for one-third the price. The plants were poorly maintained, had pest issues, and the packaging was careless. They charge luxury prices for below-average products.
"No Refund Policy in Practice" Their website boasts a "100% refund for damaged goods" but it's completely false. Received a broken monstera with torn leaves. Despite sending immediate photos and following their refund process, they kept giving excuses and eventually stopped responding. Total lack of business ethics.

Immensely poor and pathetic app, pathetic user interface, costly product and bad customer service. Poor and pathetic!!
Pleasantly surprised
Its amazing how green n fresh the plants arrived despite the package and temperature. I ordered Brazilian wood and it was so picture perfect that I ordered for more. Thank you Ugaoo. U are a plant lovers saviour.
Fraud company with worst business practices.
I ordered planters not a few empty pots. They tricked me and took more than ₹ 3000/-. The small clay pots delivered are broken. It’s a fraud company.

Team is very supportive and plants are packed and handled very well, never had any issues.

I bought plants from this app last month till now they haven’t delivered few of my plants and not responding my call, so please don’t waste your money and time on this app. I purchased almost 7k but this people are ignoring customers and not even giving importance as well, so please don’t spend money and later feel sad.

Lovely plants
UGAOO is the best online portal for buying plants. Not only are their plants beautiful but they are also packaged very well.
If there is any problem with the plants, UGAOO is extremely prompt in replacing the same.
