Regarding quality and refund
Very poor service .The refund policy is so poor and delivery survice is also very delayed and poor. I received my order after 3 months even after cancellation and instead of refund money they send plants with very poor quality and dead plant . Even after contacting the help centre the did this error .their app is also so bad . Never gonna order again

Extremely poor customer service. The plants delivered were dry and in a delipidated condition. Multiple mails and calls and still there is no reply from the customer redressal team.
