AWFUL
It used to work great, but not anymore. I have to delete app, reinstall, then put in server code to access it EVERYTIME I need in it.

Locked me out. Logged back into the app and it was videos.

Lack luster appearance mixed with poor user experience. Unknown why any company would pay to use it. Not user friendly, no Face ID login, or remembering passwords.

it doesn’t let me sign into my account. It says that my password is incorrect and it’s hurting my feelings. It keeps popping up for a schedule if someone called Anna Bliss and I don’t know any Anna Bliss or where she came from and why there’s so many people with time request.
Please fix the log in
It’s stuck on landscape mode on my phone and I can’t see what I’m typing to log in my user name and password please I’m stressing out WHAT TIME DO I WORK
Comically Terrible
Truly insane how bad this app is. Clocking in and out is such a hassle. Like, comically so. I have to build in time each day to clock in and out bc this app takes so long to actually work. You have to assume it’s gonna take at least three tries to actually be able to get in. Beyond irritated that this is somehow the app my company decided to use.

Please fix this app! It almost NEVER lets me log on and see my schedule! It is horribly optimized for mobile devices and feels like I am using a broken program that absolutely nobody put any real effort into designing and developing.
AD that can’t go away
There is an AD in the middle of the screen that won’t ever go away and I can’t access anything. What moron made this app?

Worst app ever
God forbid it shows badge notifications. Had a schedule that was modified today and never got a notification. This app SUCKS.

Just downloaded for my new job and getting “unable to contact server” so I can’t sign in or check anything, tried to delete and reinstall and it still doesn’t work

Every metric of this service is subpar, or borderline non-functional, or doesn’t work at all.

App frequently goes down
The app frequently goes down, at least once every 1-2 weeks, making it impossible to sign in for hours or even days at a time. If you are required to use this app, I recommend you screenshot your schedule regularly (or find where it might be posted elsewhere) because you never know when you may no longer be able to see it!
