I can’t look at my schedules anymore
Everything was great until last week that my schedules nowadays are blank
Horrible App
Please fix this app! It almost NEVER lets me log on and see my schedule! It is horribly optimized for mobile devices and feels like I am using a broken program that absolutely nobody put any real effort into designing and developing.
AD that can’t go away
There is an AD in the middle of the screen that won’t ever go away and I can’t access anything. What moron made this app?

I literally just started a new job, & this is the app they have us using it’s so bad I just downloaded the app put in my information & everything sometimes my login won’t even load I just got the app yet have to keep downloading & reinstalling for anything to work absolutely not! every other app I’ve had so far works so smooth, but this is a big no

Worst app ever
God forbid it shows badge notifications. Had a schedule that was modified today and never got a notification. This app SUCKS.
Not working
Just downloaded for my new job and getting “unable to contact server” so I can’t sign in or check anything, tried to delete and reinstall and it still doesn’t work

Every metric of this service is subpar, or borderline non-functional, or doesn’t work at all.
I assume they’re extremely cheap which is why our companies use their service.

App frequently goes down
The app frequently goes down, at least once every 1-2 weeks, making it impossible to sign in for hours or even days at a time. If you are required to use this app, I recommend you screenshot your schedule regularly (or find where it might be posted elsewhere) because you never know when you may no longer be able to see it!

This app sucks
It takes a ridiculous amount of time to log in and I run into constant errors
Hardly Works
Likes to randomly log you out while you’re using it, or the log in screen bugs out and does not work because it thinks you’re on a computer so you just can’t see your schedule until the app works again.

Bugs fixes
Why update nothing too longer nothing then so why that screen black not working
Broken
This app rarely works and biometric authentication breaks the app even more than without having it.
Embarrassing
I’ve worked for small family owned companies that used better punch card apps than this. The fact that the large company I work for uses this is frankly embarrassing. Both the app and the website consistently have so many issues such as crashing and freezing and the website has even more issues than the app!
