Potentially nice but stuck in week 1

Permanently stuck in week 1 when I should now be in week 3.
Lost the first days input, had to redo later.
The login is crazily confusing (separate from the website login).
Would be really useful to have notes/reminder of the warmup!
Would be useful to have an alert at the end of the rest, start of the next activity.
Might be useful to have timers for the 20/40 slot in the 80/20 runs
