Horrible app

I love the program from Lauren and Jason. They are the only reason I haven’t deleted this app. The app developers must take another look the user experience. Information is buried behind so many taps and swipes. It’s always a challenge to get through a routine, and it makes it extra difficult to stick to the program.

Great program, slow and buggy app.

As the other reviewer said, the app itself is the issue, not the workouts. Takes a while to load, doesn’t load comments in the community section, and kind of cumbersome to scroll for the number of reps instead of inputting the number. Also, cumbersome to type the weight for each set. It’d be great to have an autofill feature.

Best Program

I’ve been with Theory of Motion since it was Rise. I absolutely love the workouts. I also love how Jason and Lauren are always available to answer any questions on the app or form. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Simply the best

Theory of motion is an amazing program! Jason and Lauren know how to make work outs that are well rounded and effective no matter your goal!

Great workouts, buggy app

The workouts are great but the app is a bit buggy! For example, rearranging the workout sometimes will duplicate the workout; I end up with two of the same workout on the same day.
