User reviews

Good app, great customer service

Like most I’ve tried my fair share of workout apps over the years, they all have their pros and cons, and our experiences are subjective. This is a very user friendly app. I like the ability to swap out exercises (if I’m at the gym and a piece of equipment is being used I can swap for something else that works the same area), and that I can go from home based to gym just as easily. That flexibility is really great. The tracking is also easy to use and I love the 2 visuals for each programmed exercise. You have the option of a quick visual showing the movement or a full video walkthrough with step by step instructions, sometimes I just need to be reminded of the movement pattern before starting a set. What this app excels at in my experience is the customer service. No app is perfect, but the creator has full control over the customer service experience, and this team is by far the best I’ve come across. Always responsive, in the app and over email, around any questions or issues and always trying to improve. To me that’s what stands out here!

I love all of Sohee’s workouts and these on the app are amazing! She has thorough video instructions for each one and the workouts are approachable and the right level of challenging too. I also think the price of the membership is the best I’ve seen and you get a lot of value for your money. Highly recommend!
