I tried this and I think it works. I’ve been using it for two weeks at night before I go to sleep. I’ve lost weight with no other changes and it also helps me sleep better. Give it a go.

Great Hypnosis App
I use this for weight loss help. It’s great. Pay only for what you want to use. Very reasonable price. Very gentle voice. It gives me a period of time daily to relax and feel like I’m really doing something right for myself.

Love this app!
I used this app years ago to help me with cravings and it was so helpful. I stopped using it when I got into a new relationship then we got married had a baby and life got crazy. I recently started using it again (just the free version) and have already noticed a change in my eating habits. I go to get a snack between meals and my brain goes you’re bored not hungry, go do something fun. It really is a game changer!

Started on the weight loss apps a week ago, really not thinking they would help, but OMG I’m not craving my normal bad foods. Highly recommend!
Extremely Helpful
Due to chronic illnesses, certain medications that I take cause me to have uncontrollable cravings for sugar. They also affect my sleep. Listening to this app has been very helpful with both of these issues. I can’t say enough good things about this app. I will be definitely buying other versions of this app as I know they will contribute to my well-being. Thank you.

I like the idea
Not sure if it actually works but not too much money so I don’t mind giving it a try. So far I’m only on night 2. Nothing different yet.
Very good app
I started listening to the free app and decided to buy this one. Not only does it help me (an insomniac) fall asleep but I’ve lost all desire to eat sweet, fattening foods. And I completely stopped eating between meals. It took me about 10 days of having it on at night with headphones but I can honestly say it’s definitely helping. And I’m a real person, not a robot or someone hired by the company to write this.

Mr Harrold is the best!
I’ve listened to the Solfeggio series every night for the last five years, rotating to a different session each night. It’s difficult to quantify how much these have helped me spiritually and mentally, but for me, Mr Harrold is the best hypnotherapist out there!
3 weeks 3lbs down
I read the reviews and it seemed a 50/50 shot. I've been faithfully and consistently listening right before I fall asleep. This actually helps me sleep too. Now I have been able to eat healthier, less to no desire to snack and 3 weeks later, 3lb loss. I'll take it ! I def have inches in loss because I see it in my clothing. I'll be back in a month with any more progress. I highly recommend ear phones, lights out, in bed ready to sleep and NO distractions. I've seen a difference. Good luck '

I have just upgraded my phone and now the app won’t work on it, I have spent a fortune on this app over the last few years. And now it won’t work. Iv tried everything to re- install it but won’t work.
Well I certainly won’t be downloading any of his other apps, to waste more money

Not opening
Hi I’ve had this app for several months now and was really pleased with it but now it won’t even open , just immediately crashes even after deleting and reinstalling, the same app opens ok on my iPad , annoying as I had purchased several programmes which I appear to have list to .
