Mauvaise expérience utilisateur. Après un changement de pile, les détecteurs ne se reconnectent pas automatiquement, et l’application n’explique absolument pas la procédure à suivre. Un simple message de dépannage ou un assistant de reconnexion éviterait beaucoup de frustration.
De plus, l’application semble négligée dans son ensemble — l’interface a un aspect brouillon et manque de finition. Elle serait due pour une mise à jour majeure, incluant notamment l’ajout d’une section d’aide complète pour guider les utilisateurs dans les situations comme celle-ci.

Not at all reliable
This app would be great if it worked more regularly. It spends more time in a log in failure state than actually working. And there’s no way to contact the company to find out how to fix it
Constantly crashes
App always has a hissy fit when alarm is triggered, won’t let you in to disarm system. This won’t get fixed as the app developers couldn’t care less.
Notification issues
I had a hills XR alarm system installed which is connected to the internet via lan to the router. This app works fine when turning the alarm on and off but there are issues with the notifications. I set the notifications to alarm only, but get a notification every time a pir sensor is activated, even if the alarm is not turned on. This results in endless and constant notifications. Please fix this issue.

Login issues
Just keep getting the error "user logged in from another location" or something like that, after about 30 attempts it eventually logs in
Connection à distance problématique
Suite à des erreurs d’identification pour ouvrir l’app, un message m’indiquant les erreurs répétées et d’attendre un moment pour réessayer. Jusque là ça va, mais ce message ne disparaît jamais… plus d’un mois plus tard le message persiste sans que je puisse entrer mon code. Suppression de l’app et réinstallation, rien y fait… le message demeure et bloque l’application.

Login errors
The app keeps showing too many login errors and it’s almost impossible to get it to work again. Does not always swap to new over mobile devices and then permanently disallows login.
Needs updates
Please update the app to suit newer iOS devices. We as a company have had multiple instances of failing to login on newer iPhones running on iOS 17 or later.
App unavailable error
When I get an alert I open the app - all looks ok. Check cameras - all not ok! But then the app is not available to turn alarm off or reset. EVERY TIME ‼️👎🏻

I havent used the app for months, then only opened 1or 2 times (normally turn alarm on and off with remote). So surprised when I get this message when logging in?????

Hi dont buy the comnav card for hills alarm as it takes ages to load to alarm and very unreliable and i have to keep switching of my alarm power off and on to fix errors that i get with it
Local network access blocked in latest hardware firmware updates
Latest firmware blocks lock network communication directly with the ComNav unit. The HomeBridge integration is literally the reason I purchased the card and had it installed. Please re-enable this ability or put it behind an option in the app.

I’ve read all the other reviews, but I can’t relate to those experiences.
The installer set this up properly for me and it works well.
There’s always going to be a slight lag, given this works over mobile and internet. But it’s nothing you can’t live with.

Alerts are way too subtle
This app really needs more obvious alerts for when an alarm is triggered. I’ve fully enabled all notification options and i’ll often easily miss them and see them hours later. I get an email and a very quiet banner notification. Often my phone is on silent so the notification doesn’t do anything to attract attention. If the developers could fix this and make the alert function like my wake up alarm that works even in silent mode, I would be ok with this app.

Consider other hardware for alarm
Consider the app before you consider your alarm system. This one constantly asks me to turn on permissions that I don’t wish to grant the app when it launches (location). Cannot default into an alarm device when the app launches - you have to select it every time. Arming and disarming takes too long because of all these taps and steps required to get the page up. Night mode requires tapping STAY 3 times. I just want to select night mode. Lots of potential if they add features and focus on UX. Otherwise a let down for the alarm product.

Updated now not working
My app updated to the latest app now its not connecting to my alarm system.
Update the App break all functionality
Just upgraded to the latest app which now makes my access to my alarm useless please fix I can no longer get into it
