Use to be accessible for everyone
It was such a convenient app when it was free now you have to pay for a premium to see when the buses are coming robbery the local people from the town actually use this app and now they actually have to pay for a premium

Excelent app
This is an excellent app to track the UMass buses. The user interface is intuitive and gives lots of great information. The vehicle numbers and crowding information are particularly helpful. The only thing I would like to see improved are more frequent location updates and support for screen readers when viewing a bus’s list of upcoming stops. Great app on the whole though.

All not working for days

the best pvta bus app
i’ve been using this app for almost a decade and it’s a staple in my commute. the official pvta app is fine but this one is easy to use and communicates a huge amount of info
A must-have app for me
The only app I’ve found for our local buses that gives us general location data, let’s me see if I missed the bus or if it’s still on the way. It’s more accurate than I really expected it to be. Have used it for prob 5-6 years now and just wanted to say thank you!

if you need honest information, this isn’t it. it’ll have you hours from home with no sense of what bus is really going to where you need to get

This bus app has become very reliable especially tor time like this. Very helpful and understanding people working on this app that helped and continued to fix any previous issues with the app and made it more possible for the bus app to run more better and has made my experience with the app easier!

When bus times aren't available, please go to "More" and then select "Download and install schedule manually". This will update the schedule. The app should do it automatically, but for some reason it didn't. If this doesn't help, please contact me directly through "Feedback" in the same "More" tab. Sorry for the inconvenience. -Gorkem

After the update I see no routes on the map.
Screw off campus students
Hello, I am an executive coding project manager with Bustrack. We are happy to continue developing an app which disadvantages students all over, especially the off-campus population. Every day, our team is determined to make sure every student without a dorm is late to class; with no schedules or maps available at times, how could they ever be on time?! I actually had a good laugh. There seems to be a bug with updating the schedule data for some users. Please go to More -> Schedule Data and download and install manually. This should fix the the issue of no schedule or stops on the map. I'm working on a fix in the next update. Sincerely, your Biggus.
They ruined it
All I need out of this is a way to see what bus comes when from what stop...they are trying to make it way more sophisticated than it should be. The new update makes this information harder to find easily...in fact the stops are not even appearing. This app was great until the last couple of updates.

No up to date arrival times
The new update has no arrival times when you use the map and click on a stop.

Latest update made things worse
The most useful feature of the app is definitely looking at all the (expected) arrival times for a particular stop. You can divide this view based on the route you’re interested in, but the times are completely out of order. So, to check if the bus is running on time, you have to scroll through all the arrival times carefully to pick out the time you’re interested in. Much less user-friendly.

Great for UMASS students
This app is a lifesaver for UMass students who ride the PVTA busses. App is pretty accurate and updated, and easily lets you see if a bus is early or late. Would recommend to all UMass or PVTA riders.

On your last update I can’t see any of the stops. All of the information is gone except for the pdf. What’s going on here. I need to see these bus times

When it works: Great
Great when it works. Though, that's only half the time at best. The other half of the time it won't load any route data at all. Definitely use this app to get familiar with the times, but don't rely on it.
