Slow and glitchy
This is the worst app ever! It’s slow, it’s glitchy, and it’s frustrating to use!
The spinning wheel of non production
When and if it works it works fine, or okay at best. The spinning wheel of non production at least once a month. Or the face login that doesn’t work and you have to put your pin in anyway. Times out too quick. If this was a car it would be a Yugo or perhaps chevette.
Flakey, unreliable
Ridiculous that a large company such as UMB allows a business support product to be so poor. It’s not rocket science. The app crashes or shuts down. Import is flakey. Horrible.

Too many issues
App freezes, updates too much and locks account. When it works it’s good but as much as I use it that isn’t very often. Other banking apps work 10x better with less issues.
App Crashes
Every time I upload a receipt the app closes and I have log back in. Please update.
Was a five till the last update
Since the last update when taking a picture from the app or trying to upload a picture from the gallery it crashes. So this app is no-longer useful at all.
