Poor customer services Care
Since I started using this bank it’s been hard for me to transfer money from my own bank account all they do tell me is that service unavailable. Even if I try again in some hour or days still same response. Can you people fix this issue it getting out of hand.

I have downloaded this apps several times and it does not work for me .
It will send you OTP code and when you input it on the apps the same system that send me the code will tell me it’s not correct .

Hello UMB the apps doesn’t look very good like Morden day banking apps, your forex exchange rates are not updated, please and build a very nice and good app to make it look convenient, thank you.
AIRTIME AND BUNDLE TOP UP
I bought airtime and data bundle, the amount was deducted from my account yesterday the 5th of November and I still have not received the airtime and data I bought…. I’ve was deducted and the money hasn’t returned yet the airtime and bundle hasn’t shown either ❗️
