Great App with Solid Workouts!
Worth the price for what you get!! Having access to all Rusin’s plans with video and coaching instruction is gold! You’d have to understand that in order to appreciate what you’re getting! Haven’t had any issues using the programs. I can tell a lot of thought went into the process of making this app.
