Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, I have contacted them many times to cancel and I’m still getting memberships fees taken out. They said I would get $100 to shop.com but I never got it. DO NOT USE

Been investing for more that a year now and all of a sudden I can’t log in the it say I don’t have an account. But I’m paying for the membership and a monthly deposit for both of my kids. Is this a scam???

Tax Documents
Anytime I try to pull documents for each one of my accounts there is always some sort of system error that is reported. As there is no other way of pulling account files, this is an inconvenience you must plan for if you are a last minute tax filer.
Can’t access my account
There is an update but it won’t let me update it or open the app. I have no access to the account at all and I haven’t gotten any help from their “support.” I have been investing into this account for over a year and cannot get i to it at all.
No gifting feature made me cancel trial
I signed up for a trial because I thought the fees would be worth the added features of gift giving from family through the app. As soon as I signed up it was displayed that gift giving is disabled until this summer.
Without this feature I will just set up an account through my financial institution with the same features and lower fees. Hoping this feature comes back earlier.
Also to the product designer on the team, awesome job 👍 UX/UI is phenomenal.

Amazing!
This thing has been the best find for saving for our kids. We have family add to it for birthdays, holidays, and watching it grow is so exciting!

The WORST
UNest wasted my entire free trial cancelling my deposits, my money is still being held and by the time it deposits how it should, I’m gonna lose a chunk of it paying for a membership when I was trying to TRY the app out. Like a FREE TRIAL should. But UNest doesn’t care about their customers, it’s highway robbery. Invest ANYWHERE else.

Plaid not working
I’ve used Plaid wth numerous other 3rd party apps and it works just fine signing in. For some reason, plaid is not working when trying to sign in they UnNest.
Love the app and concept but would make one change
Love this app a lot good idea for my kid, only thing I would change is adding some kinda way you can view charts of performance of fund. There may be being as I just got the app a couple hours ago I just wasn’t able to find it. Overall great idea!
Withdrawing your money takes 3+ weeks.
If you have an emergency and need your money in a timely manner, this app isn’t for you. Also the monthly fee that you pay exceeds the return on the account. I was better off putting my money in a regular account and adding the extra $5 per month.
No access even after paying
Paid yearly subscription and was never given access. Cancelled sub but lost the year subscription fee.

No kids view?
I would like a read only version of the app where each of my kids can track their portfolio. They have devices but always want me to check it for them.
